Clean and nice views of the water area. The infinity pool was a nice area to have a dip and overlook the water area. Stayed in a 3 bedroom and it came with 3 bathrooms too. Super handy. Living room was good space to watch movies at night. Easy to catch a grab into the main tourist area. It’s quieter as well so it is a good place to stay in malacca away from the hustle and bustle Hosts were easily contactable and gave good directions

The third room falls short of expectation. It was too small with no window. The kitchen need a plate stand to dry plates, cutleries etc. A broom wd be useful too.

Had a bit of trouble with the A/C masterswitch (accidentally switched it off but it was not labelled hence we did not realize why the A/C stopped working) - took us a while to figure it out but resolved eventually without needing to contact the staff for assistance. There's also only a small toilet roll provided and one bath towel each (no hand towel) - a small inconvenience

Check in process was quite seamless with the instructions given. Place was relatively easy to access with good sea views at the high levels. Apartment was clean and spacious. Fridge, A/C, water heater etc all in good working order.

The check in process was a breeze and the staff were responsive over WhatsApp. There is a 7-11 downstairs and it's really convenient if you have your own car to drive around meleka, this apartment is perfect for sleeping and charging up for your trip around the city.

Leaving luggages there beforehand was a little confusing but thankfully the security helped us out.

Amazing view and convenient location. Lots of good food just around the corner, including La Mille which is a must try. Everything was pretty much perfect.

It's a pity that the mall in the building is quite empty.

Amazing view from our balcony plus there is the highest rooftop restaurant in Malacca. The room was spacious, clean and definitely one of the quiter comparing to our other stays in Malaysia.

I was lead to believe it was a hotel, when in fact it was an air B&B. The check in process was complicated with several WhatsApp messages and a multi story car park instructions and video

One of the showers did not have hot water. We discovered it late at night so we did not contact the host. So, that left 2 showers for the 7 of us which meant a longer wait. We would appreciate a couple of hand towels and also a place to drain the dishes after we washed them. The one thing that frustrated us was the lift. Only 2 of the lifts (out of 5, I think) were working and they were very slow. In fact, during our stay there, we kept taking this same lift so it seems like only one lift was working.

The apartment could cater to us, 7 adults with sufficient beds. It was clean and comfortable. The place was quiet which suited us well. There were towels, toothbrushes, shampoo and shower gel provided. The security guard at the entrance was also polite and alert to the people coming and going. It was also convenient to call a Grab car and the drivers seem to know the building well too.
