Comfortable & good service.

So comfort with room n bed even not enough pillow but sokey all in good handle.deep sleep most important after a tired day! Breakfast satisfied many choice but fully tummy too even no serve hot tea.not a cofee lover but it’s okey room already provide it. Staff is always smile.love it🥰keep it up

Locations: One of the few positives of this property is its location. It is conveniently situated and easy to access nearby attractions, which made moving around easier.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family for a leisure trip, and unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing. Facilities: The facilities provided were very poor and did not meet even basic expectations. Many amenities felt outdated or poorly maintained, which made the stay uncomfortable. Comfort: The level of comfort was also far below what we expected. The rooms and bedding did not provide a relaxing or restful environment, which is important when traveling with family. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was average at best. The rooms and common areas were not spotless, and extra care in housekeeping could have improved the experience significantly. Value for Money: In terms of value, the stay was not worth the price. For the rate charged, the quality of the rooms, facilities, and service did not justify the cost. Staff: The staff experience was one of the weakest aspects. The service was not friendly, attentive, or helpful, which left us feeling unwelcome and dissatisfied.

Breakfast was good with plenty of choices.

The dinner was limited to choice, had party so no a la carte menu was being offered, only buffet

The car park inside the building why using stairs instead of the elevator? The price wasn't cheap. The swimming pool. Once your feet touch the floor of the pool u can feel slimey on your feet. Please clean the pool. The glass door inside the bathroom please clean the moldy plastic. Please always clean the sewer. My room suddenly flooded because of the clog from the sewer. I even have to use the toilet beside the swimming to take bath. The breakfast u can do better. More foods needed. It just to simple not have many varieties.
