Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. MalaysiaBooked for 4pax, towel provided is 3 only pieces. The toilet door cannot be locked, so we use a chair to keep it close. Slippery bathroom floor. Not sure why there's transparent glass for the bathroom. We can see silhouette!! The door to enter the room is quite hard to open. Have to try 3,4 times. Hallway have the stuffy carpet smell. Breakfast so-so. This is my 2nd time here, the first time during breakfast staff was lazy to clean the tables, bila inform makanan dah habis masing² buat muka mcm "alololo, habis eh? Kesian".
Okay for one night stay, just to attend concert at Zepp.

I was originally confirmed at Ramada KL unit. Confirmation from Booking.com. for In 11Jan / Out 12 Jan. Received text from Ramada host telling to cancel my booking because they did not receive confirm booking from Booking.com and that they were overbooked. I cancelled with full forfeit on my pre-payment. How did that happen !?!??!. I had no choice but re-booked for Hotel Sentral Pudu. Please do an enquiry on this blunder.
