MalaysiaThe plumbing was bad. Water pressure was too poor. The drain of the bathroom and sink are always clogged even if it was used for a few minutes. The family room was located in another building which has no lift available. It should have been notified earlier as elderly might not be able to take the stairs.
The room was clean and spacious. Very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and efficient.

MalaysiaSurprisingly it has two block of building which they did not stated at first. they were not enough staff so they will clean the room themselves and because of that i waited almost 40 mins to check in eventho i came late already. the room looks okay but the floor was dirty and the smells of the room macam kepam bau badan and their access card for door didn’t work so you still need to use the key. Please add more staff and told them to use deodorants and perfume…they smelled like crazy and bau tinggal belakang weh dalam bilik😭
