The shower stalled and took a long time to come out. Room 204 needs to be fixed by the maintenance department. Everything else is okay.

Nice and the area is quiet. A good place to get away from the hustle and bustle and forget about work for a while

Overall, it's an awesome trip. 1. Pool : big enough 2. Convenience store: available at hotel lobby with limited choice but enough 3. Hotel cafe 3.1: Dine in: nothing extra 3.2: breakfast : variety? YES , taste? Acceptable 4. Surrounding: calming, flora & fauna, sunset view 5. Outside cafe: a bit far from hotel...need to drive. 6. There is buggy service

Honestly, nothing to complain about. Everything exceeded our expectations for a short family getaway.

We had a truly wonderful staycation to celebrate our anniversary with our 1-year-old son. The room was cozy, clean, and baby-friendly, which made our little one feel right at home. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive – they even gave us a small surprise that made the occasion more memorable. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect for quality family time. Our son was so cheerful throughout the stay, exploring the space and enjoying every moment. It was exactly what we needed.

Far from the entrance, and restaurant.

Comfortable bed, spacious room with bathtub and good water pressure. Nice view..especially the sunset, big swimming pool. The staff mostly are friendly and very helpful

Use of iron must be requested. Toiletries nor complete, Toothbrushes were not provided, when asked to the staff, they said the management did not provide them, but other staff later told them that new stock had arrived. Communication between employees was not very good to convey the correct information to guests. My room, bathroom, stagnant water.

Breakfast ok, more variety. The place very quiet & calm down.

- aircon fan wasn’t strong. We woke up a couple of times during the night feeling hot and stuffy (and we didnt choose the automatic setting so 🤷‍♀️) - internet connection is intermittent - at times quite slow. Despite having youtube option on tv, we can’t access it due to the internet connection - for a 4 ⭐ hotel, we kinda expect a set of travel toothbrushes as part of toiletries - do know you need a car to travel around Desaru if you would like to stay here as its a distance away - do take note of monkeys

No alcohol allowed. Menu didn’t really cater for vegetarians. No way directly to pool from rooms. No way up to the restaurant from the pool, have to walk up to a terrace then up lots of steps. No pool bar, so no drinks/food available during a lazy pool day unless you go to the little shop (very limited) or into the restaurant (no swimwear allowed in restaurant). Steps up to terrace then down another set of steps to get to restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast only served until 10am. Food not covered to protect from flies/insects at restaurant. Very thin & small towels in rooms.

The setting was beautiful. Tranquility just a stones throw away from the cosmopolitan City of Singapore. Fantastic pool. Lovely room with private balcony. Interconnecting rooms for children. Fridges in rooms. Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. Close to Hard Rock Cafe etc for dining options & waterpark. Gave us details for taxis & car hire (we’d recommend hiring a car, as it’s quite isolated). A wonderful escape & we’ll be back!

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, well-maintained, and clearly looked after with care, making it very comfortable and relaxing. I was also impressed with the security— the guard on duty was alert and vigilant, which made me feel very safe throughout my stay.
