Luxury.

There was nothing I didn’t like

Very convenient for our 10 hour airport stopover

Location

Upon check out at 4am, the cleaner was cleaning at the lounge/dining area. We had to walk through the area, then we inhaled the fume caused by the cleaning products. We were unable to breathe, coughed badly. It took good 15 mins to recover. I almost passed out at the reception, but they were no help. Never again! Our room did not have a window, just a blank wall. I felt claustrophobic.

Very easy just to walk from gate to room then back again in morning. Makes long haul flight from Sydney to London far more bearable.

Rooms booked through Booking.com apparently automatically get one with no window. Need to book deluxe room if want a window.

Good location just a walk from the restaurants in satellite terminal. Upgraded room was clean, good shower pressure and pleasantly decorated, overlooking runway. Bed was big, comfy and bedsheets clean and soft though not holey! “Sky Suite Lounge” is on the first floor of hotel which you can book separately or as a cheaper alternative to the hotel room

Our first standard room smelt awful of damp or something. Our upgraded room, although nicer, stunk of cigarettes!

The food at the buffet is below par.
