Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

SingaporeThe aircons in both rooms were not cold so it got quite stuffy. There was no soap near the toilet/sink so we had to walk to the shower area to get some soap each time.
This was the second time my family and I stayed at Rocana Hotel; we chose Rocana due to its location and reasonable price. The hotel staff were also quite helpful and the room was comfortable.

MalaysiaDuring our stay,one of the room air-con got water leaking problem, although the temperature we set just 25 degrees Celsius...not cold. The rooms we stay are facing a pub/karaoke across the road, during night times the noise from there disturb our sleep. Fortunately the noise stop after 12 at night
