TOP PROBLEM : WARER PRESSURE (in which i have read in reviews) so in thought it should not be any problem by now but the truth is the water is still a problem. The pressure is very low. We were staying in level 2. Imagine sharing a room with 3 family members and each one needs to use the toilet /or shower but because of this low water pressure everyone takes a longer time to settle in the bathroom. 1. I did not like that the key system is still traditional unlike many new hotel/ inn using card or keyless. 2. The curtain is just one layer without any lace layer, so either you close all the curtain and wakes up late the next day or you open the curtain and sleep with street lights shining into you room. 3. It was very very noisy at night with these Indian kids remping their motorbikes in front of the hotel. The management should file a report /complain to get police to do their round within the proximity or get a police on duty to come and ambush those rascals. They were such a nuisance. 4. The lighting in the room is very inadequate. Please please provide bed lamps -at least if it is not decorative these lamps could brighten up this big room more. 5. Regardless of having water dispenser with hot water outside in the corridor it is still better to have water heater inside the room. For privacy for comfort of stay. Since you already provide table and sink as a small kichenette. Or maybe a little fridge for this big room. Which will make the value of the room par to the price. 6. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. Pillows were not fluffy and one person only got one pillow . For people with sleeping problem or apnea they need more pillow to raise their head. If the hotel doesnt want to change to a new pillow- then get a good quality pillow or put extra pillows inside the room. The duvet was just normal-nothing can make the bed feel be comfortable.. 7. They need to do some thorough revamp of the room look .

I love the property because of the staffs/ they were very helpful since before we arrived with all the confirmation calls, payment arrangements, checking arrangements. I would say for this kind of property- it is as if they have worked in big five stars hotel. They were very attentive to all requests when we requested for hair dryer, iron and iron board. The room that i booked was very spacious enough for family of 4. One sink inside room. They do provide water dispenser which can dispense hot and cold water.. but you have to get out to the hallway. The property has 24 hours mart downstairs next to it. The entrance of the hotel is plenty. You can go from the front or from the back. You even have direct staircases downstairs from the floor you are in. The parking is spacious and many except if you park in front you’ll be charged. There is a famous Chee cheong fun (non halal) stall opposite the hotel across the road. The best and very cheap. They also have noodles option. Very nice coffee indeed. For halal i see another mamak coffee shop but we didnt go. location wise it is very near to the city centre and few minutes drive from the KTM STATION.

Noise from the road was really bad. After we moved to a room further from the road for our 2nd night here we again had a bad sleep due to cleaners dragging equipment up and down the hall and taking well after 11pm.

Nice room. Friendly & helpful staff. Lift to get luggage to the upper floors. Next door to a minimart & across the road from a local restaurant (it is only open Monday to Saturday).

Im so confuse why this hotel management take a copy of all guest IC. The IC is quite pnc and they cannot simply asked for them to copy.

Water pressure is a bit slow (bidet). No electric kettle, cup or coffee/tea sachets provided in the room. Other than that, everything else is good.

Location is great, easy to park, room is clean & big enough for 3 of us. There is minimart just next door to the hotel, very convenient to grab some drinks, snacks & other things you need.

Room layout not suitable for wheelchair. Had a little bit if problem with wheelchair. From street to hotel entrance no ramp.

Parking available on street. Clean. Shower not working. Informed receptionist, sent a plumber in 15 mins and problem fixed.

The surrounding is not that great, not advisable to walk at that area especially at night because it is not in town. But if you are staying with friends and have a car, it is fine.

Value for money. Staff is quite attentive, we booked last minute, and they called us right away after we booked to ask us when we are checking in.

Difficult to find food at night. It's better to hv dinner before eight as the restaurant will close at this time.

Good location, a variety of food can be found around the hotel especially Chinese food. Like the mee curry in front of the hotel in the morning. It is cheap and marvellous. Looking forward to pay another visit and stay here.
