We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BulgariaAs other said Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all. It wasn’t a problem for us as we had only 1 night to spend there, but staff should take care of it. Could also use a bit more cleaning/freshing up of some of the furniture.

China- Like everyone else stated, WiFi isn’t functional. Even requested them to check in advance but still very bad speed. - towels and pillow cases should have been cleaned better. Towels are rough. - though this suite name is also attached to the hotel but don’t mistaken it for hotel in the sense that there is no daily room cleaning or luggage storage.
- Location is close to harbor and good if you plan to go to legoland - we were only three people but the apartment is big enough to accommodate a large family

SingaporeThe wifi could have improve better as it's just able to connect in hallway only. The clearing of rubbish would have been better if they can just clear daily, like i can put outside the door to be cleared or something. The fan and light remotes could have been put in it's appropriate rooms and place to use it properly.
I like the location area and the quietness surrounding the Puteri Harbour and it's lively at night so noise is expected but I just hope noise level goes down by 12 am hopefully, As we were having baby to stay with us and other than that was all good.The food is easy to buy and more options to choose from.
