The restroom is quite spacious, and I really like it. However, I would suggest placing an extra floor mat outside the bathroom and next to the bathtub to help keep the floor dry.

The location is very convenient for me.

It is a house so you have a room in a house. U have personal space but you are still sharing the space with others. Staff were very good and they still can do better, perhaps smile a bit more with more welcoming expressions (very subjective). Also we didn’t like they insisting to receive a deposit in cash and hold us going to room until boss says online transfer is OK. Comeon let us go in whats the deal with 100 ringgits? Projector can be bit better too. We were also contanly worried that our kids will break something like pool table or the que sticks.

The best thing was that place was super clean. Staff for sure is doing good job of up keep. Normally I wear indoor slippers even in my own house because I can stand any dust or moist on my feet. Walking bear feet in this house wasn’t an issue. Room was super spacious and overall it was a very comfortable stay.

The maid who staying there shouting in when talking in phone disturbed us and she a bit rude towards the guest. If she change her attitude and behaviour, she will be awesome person. Other than that, all was good.

The photo shows that there is a living hall but it is actually not a private area for each room. The misguided photo and room area information has disappointed me. It is actually a common area that shares among all other tenants from other rooms in the whole bungalow but it is not stated clearly in the website. The unit is recommended for a big group of people to occupy all rooms of the whole unit of the bungalow.

Parking space is available, easy check in.

The room is a little dusty and the bathroom basin pipe was leaking and stopped after awhile. The toilet drainpipe gets flooded after awhile. We've informed the staff at the facility and hope they can improve on it. Parking was limited.

Refund is not immediately after you checked out. I asked yesterday, the WA group admin said will update. Then I waited. Then today I asked, suddenly need to fill up form and take 3-5 days, what the hell! This is an organized scam! My money is just RM100, who gives you the right to hold my DEPOSIT for more than 4 days (from Sunday checkout until I forcefully asked on Wednesday night).

I really like the fact that it really felt like a home, where you are very much welcomed. I often travel to places alone, staying at hotel usually felt very scary and lonely, this is my first time staying in a place like this, I am surprised that I felt very very comfortable and slept very well too. Although there is some regulations that the guest need to adhere to, I guess thats why I felt so safe there. The staff there is very friendly, the instructions for check in and check out , where to park are very clear, and I like the way they run the hotel in a very sustainable manner. Will definitely stay here again whenever Im in town.

1. Live in Maid with no kitchen door separate the living Maid Area. 2. Owner had a room in Bungalow and stayed in. Thus compromise private space. 3. Rooms sold separately. Should be Indicated clearly as this is Bungalow with common area. 4. Visitors not allowed. 5. No Karaoke set 6. The theme projector was not function well and.no instruction to use.
