They helped me to keep my stuff when I forgot it at the apartment. and has returned it back.

The walk from main entrance was quite far

Aircon in common bedroom not working. Perhaps ran out of gas a while ago. Not sure if other aircons in the apartment worked optimally as it was not.

Smell in the toilet of the bathroom

Location was excellent and the set up very easy to access. It was clean and simple - we really enjoyed our stay.

There seemed to be some electrical issues in the entire building. Definitely not the fault of the company but it did mean we could not charge our phones overnight.

The rooms were stuffy, not clean at all, bathroom water flooding, the parking is 30 spins up - it goes round and round and round. They gave me a room that i didnt book for and it was horrible, bathroom seats were black in colour. Not clean and hygienic at all. beds were too old and horrible. Not worth for the money at all

Few minutes walking distance to Legoland

Very clean

The location was just a walking distance from Mall of Medini and the mall has Village grocer (quality products), activities for children, Legoland, restaurants (Faaz bistro) that serves local breakfast that opens very early and good food too! You won’t go hungry as you surely be able to find food around the area even at late evening. Didn’t get to try the swimming pool as it was raining. The host was responsive and nice.

The apartment was dusty and bedsheets/pillows were a bit stained. I suggest to change to a new clean covers and throw away the throw pillows that looked very worn out and dirty.

Not enough dressing table and table lamp

Convenient! Near legoland! The rental is affordable for the whole flat

Location. Walking distance to Legoland. Polite and prompt reply from Ibrahim although didnt solve the issues raised (smelly apartment).

The toilet smelled so terrible it gave us all a sore throat. It was like you could taste the smell with your tongue and the smell even got to your eyes. Sleepless nights as to make it worse, even the pillows and linens were smelly (like old, unused, cockroach infested pillows). The spiral road to Level 5 for parking was very narrow and we struggled to get up there. The buildings were unfinished as if they haven't received Certification of Fit (CF). So many rooms to improve.
