Nice and clean. Convenient location to Legoland

I had a pleasant stay here. Everything was good. Owner very responsive and easier instruction for check in. Walking distance 3-5 mins to legoland. Worth the money. I have to give owner a thumbs up because my girl left her toy at the apartment and thanks to the owner for reply in instance and help me post back the toy. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

The room was just nice for us. Clean, smell nice & complete with all the things we need.

The route to the parking is too narrow. It took us more than 5 minutes to get out from the parking level😅

Our stay was truly exceptional, thanks to the warmth and hospitality of the host, who made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The house was impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view from the balcony, especially when it rained. The unit is conveniently located near Medini Mall, which offers a selection of decent eateries, adding to the overall convenience of our stay. What truly set this experience apart was the host's remarkable attention to detail and thoughtful approach to ensuring guests—especially families with children—had everything they needed for a seamless stay. From practical amenities like a microwave, washing machine, ironing board, and water filter to entertainment options like a gaming console and board games, every feature was thoughtfully provided. Even the two large umbrellas, crib, and well-equipped kitchen reflected an exceptional level of care. Most impressively, everything was spotless and fully functional, demonstrating that no amenity was included just for the sake of it—it was all carefully chosen to enhance the guest experience.

We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean and had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay. I will book again when we come back to Legoland which is just minutes away from where we stayed. I would recommend it to families. Plus factor was that the owner was very easy to talk to and responds quite fast to our query.

1) This unit is opposite Legoland Medini Mall, walkable within a few streets crossing to get to Legoland. 2) This apartment unit (T1-23A-11) has comfortable beds & provides basic bathroom & kitchen necessities (complimentary 4 bottles drinking water & toothbrush). 3) my kids enjoy playing mini pool & the gameboy

1) The building looks unfinished. Apartment lobby is behind the abandoned building. 2) Structures of some lifts looks unsafe

The apartment offers a fantastic atmosphere, thoughtfully designed for families with children. The inclusion of in-house toys and a billiard table for kids is a wonderful touch that kept them entertained throughout our stay. What stood out most was the seamless check-in and check-out process. Thanks to Khoo's detailed instructions, complete with pictures provided well in advance, everything was incredibly hassle-free. Waking up to the breathtaking sunrise views was an added bonus, creating a serene start to each day. The location is perfect—just a stone's throw away from Legoland Theme Park, Medini Mall, and 24/7 dining options. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone planning a trip to Legoland with kids. It truly made our visit enjoyable and stress-free.

Very kid-friendly space; all items and furniture were very thoughtfully chosen with families in mind. Kids loved the "Lego" table, bedsheets and soft toys. We appreciated the cleanliness of the floor, beds and kitchenette. The umbrellas and air fresheners provided were also a nice touch. Proximity to Legoland is also great. Generally a very quiet area after dark.

The condo's lobby entrance was facing away from Legoland, might makes the walk to Legoland longer and more annoying, given it's unsheltered until you reach the Mall of Medini. Small and occasional noise from lift lobby and corridor bled into room via master toilet window.

Apartment was clean and cosy.. Owner was responsive even at 2am. Everything was catered to our needs as we have baby as well as adult who’s there to recuperate after operation.. owner specially get household items that we needed for our stay..

Nice and clean. Security was around at the carparks. Provided essentials needed for families.

The parking is a headache. Multi storey carpark takes a long time to drive up and down. General property maintenance can be better.

The flat was very comfortable, exactly like the pictures. A good space for a family of 4. There is also a choice of aircon and ceiling fans in each room. The place was very clean. Loved the addition of the retro gaming system for the kids. Fun! The property really is a 3 minute walk or less to Legoland. It is the perfect location. Supermarket is nearby so could stock up on breakfast supplies etc and having a large fridge was great! It was our first time heading to Legoland and staying. We didn’t know the area so it could have been a bit stressful, however the communication was very clear straight after the booking. Very detailed information was sent to how to find the property including photos and details of how to enter the flat. We found it very easy. Additionally we could whatzapp at any time if needed with a very quick response.

Very clean room and near Legoland. Lego toys, retro gaming console, and card games were provided. Fully furnished kitchen with utensils and plates which are convenient. Strong WiFi signal.

There is only a rain shower provided. It would be good to have a handheld shower head for children. The window blind in one of the rooms has a small gap, which allows some external lights to pass through.
