We stayed for a night in the suite and had a great experience. There were 6 of us and the place was very spacious with 2 queen beds and 2 single beds, which made it really comfortable for our group. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the instructions for getting the access card and finding the carpark were clear and easy to follow. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay—would definitely recommend!

The unit we stayed in was clean, spacious enough for 5 people. Got convenient stores and cafes just around the corner, which is very convenient. Easy comms with the owner and all info provided with details, making it easier to check in and out. Good stay overall.

I had a wonderful stay at this duplex studio apartment! The space was perfect for my family. The upper room was incredibly spacious, with a king-sized bed, all very clean and cozy. The bathroom was spotless, and the aircond worked perfectly throughout our stay. The living room was cozy too. From the window, you get a beautiful view of almost all of Georgetown and the sea. The view from the swimming pool is even better! It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the seaside for a relaxing stroll along Persiaran Karpal Singh. There are also plenty of cafes and convenience stores like Family Mart just nearby, which made everything super convenient. The unit was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. And Rachel, the host, was absolutely amazing, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this place for a comfy, scenic, and well-located staycation in Penang!

Location of the unit was very convenient, shops on the ground floor that were easy accessible to buy things. The unit itself was very good, the rooms were good and the whole unit was clean. The view was really cool, half way looking towards the city and another half facing the sea. Really had a lovely stay and on another note, the host was very polite answering inquiries I had about the unit. Will book again someday when I come back to Penang

The lift/elevator was a little bit slow because even though it's only 22 floor but the high on every level is almost double as this is duplex house. Parking and self check in/out a little bit complicated but the instructions from the host was very clear and make it easier for guest to check in/out. For muslim guest, please bring your own sejadah as both sejadah and qibla direction not available.

The location is awesome. Surrounding with Coffee Bean, Chagee, Zus Coffee, Family Mart, 7 Eleven, MyNews, Cafe Amazon, Richeese Factory and so many cafe & restaurant. The distance to all attractive place quite near. Nasi Kandar Beratur, Deen Maju, Mee Sotong Hameed Pata, Penang Hill all just between 15-30 min only. The view was magnificent. The house was so comfortable. Air-conditioning at hall are great because can counter the hot temperature with direct sunlight from window. Bath towel, toilet paper, shampoo, shower cream, hair dryer, plate and cups all are provided. Definitely will come again.

PREMIER SUITE.. Staycation. We stayed at Premier Suite at Maritime Penang from 5-7 May 2025. Really love the unit..the vibe..a very simple design.. kitchenette with basic appliances. A washing machine is also available in the unit. Superb view from our unit. This 2 Bedroom duplex unit can accommodate at least 6-7 pax and very confortable..very clean and we love the vibes..Super duper easy self check-in/out..very straight forward. Superb location. Surrounded by various restaurant, food court and mini mart such as Family Mart..7 Eleven etc. Such a pretty, great, nice friendly and very helpful host..If you ask any questions, the host will respond immediately. Therefore I will give 5 stars for the excellent service that was given to our family. For Sure we will come back again soon..In Sya Allah.. Reservations can be made through Booking Dot Com..

The glass windows were very dirty and blurry. With such big windows and an ocean view, it was a let down. Hope they cleaned it.

The lighting is too dim in general. There was no lighting underneath the cabinets in the kitchen area. There was no microwave oven for heating up food.

The place is clean and has a great view over the sea. The host added 2 chairs in the dining room after my request. The host also made it a point to equip the place with body wash, shampoo and toilet rolls.
