One of the rooms had a minor issue, but the person in charge responded quickly. My advice is to check the house thoroughly before handing it over to the customer. This is an area that could be improved.

The house was spacious with many rooms. The surrounding area was peaceful and quiet. The cleaner did a good job, and the team handling our booking was helpful and responsive.

I had a pleasant stay here. The house is spacious and clean, making it suitable for large groups as it has 5 rooms. Each bathroom is equipped with shower gel and shampoo, which is a nice touch. One area for improvement would be the washing machine, as it was not working during our stay. The pillows could also be improved for better comfort

Need few minutes walks to the beach.

Good stay with big family. The house and room is spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable and we good sleep. The environment was quite.

Maybe can improve the paint in the living room & the aircon condition in the 2 bedroom upstairs except the master bedroom was fine.

Household are amenities are a bit basic so important to come prepared, eg with towels, bathroom products. Overall great value for money and there are several nearby shops to get what you need.

Beautiful location, roomy accommodation with plenty of space for the whole family. The host was very friendly and helpful, very responsive when we had questions or requests. Close to beach, amenities and loads of food options. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Can improve on ceiling and wall a bit.

Property was a bit tired in places.

Great location close to beach/bars/ restaurants but away from the noise. 3 big doubles, and a single with some mats for kids if needed. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had plenty of crockery and cutlery.

Additional pillows could be helpful perhaps. The shower pressure is slow, perhaps can be improved.

The location is walking distance to the Batu Feringghi Beach. Spacious house and room. Facilities in the house is complete. Additional laundry machine + dryer for the guest would be better.

Excellent location. Owner was very helpful. Lots of space and cold aircon. Easy walking distance to town and food. Great price considering it has 4 rooms. Toaster and fridge.

The rooms doesnt have fan. For my mom, its quite cold for her. No jug to cooling down boiling water. But again, other than these, everything is okay!

The host was very thoughtful. He did gave me a manual how to open the lock door & how to use the tvbox/ free wifi. He's friendly as well. All rooms equipped with air-conditioning. Location is bonus! Walking distance to feringgi beach/night market The house itself very spacious. It has backyard space with table and also some books which my kids love it.
