My father accidentally misplaced his ring in our hotel room, and I was deeply impressed by the way the situation was handled. The duty manager, staff, and security team were all extremely supportive and proactive during the search. Their prompt response, professionalism, and genuine friendliness made the entire experience feel safe and reassuring. Truly grateful for their assistance.

Absolutely loved the complimentary coffee and traditional kueh! The place is super kids-friendly — from marshmallow roasting to cupcake decorating, my kids had the best time. The family room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly. A wonderful stay overall!

They never added the sambal for nasi lemak. Everything else was available but sambal. How to eat nasi lemak without the sambal.

Arrived at 4pm and the room was not ready (was offered late checkout so not bad). The front desk staff (he was not friendly) informed that he’ll call my mobile when the room is ready, but never actually updated me about the room. Ended up checking in at 6pm. This staff does not reflect the whole image of this establishment, but bad service nonetheless

It’s worth the money. Nothing too luxurious for this price point. Breakfast is decent

It will be good if toilets equipped with separate manual closet instead of the built-in closet. Also minor comment on chairs cleaness at breakfast area.

This is my 4rd stay in this hotel (2nd in this year) & overall really happy about the professional service they maintain, cleanness, comfortable, kind staff, excellent breakfast, good location, jnterconnecting room for my family, flexibility of staff in accommodating our requests i.e. able to get late check out. Also enjoyed local durain serving at the garden area.

no thing major just little minor things missing soap (hand wash) at bath room sink but we used body wash from the shower, also some chairs at break fast area could be cleaned.

Kind staff, excellent break fast, good location, clean & comfortable, very good facilities, enjoyed the durian serving at hotel garden. I was upgraded to executive rooms which where interconnecting for my family

Staff are very nice, they offered me free cookies as part of being a marriot registered member. The rooms are very clean. I just wish if they had more options for breakfast healthy options.

Can add more facilities, for now only have gym room, swimming pool and kids room. I hope they have karaoke room, badminton or table tennis or snooker then will be great enough. And I hope they can have bath tub in bathroom.

Friendly staff, good service. They served a afternoon tea after checked in. Then they provide shuttle van from hotel to ioi and ioi to hotel. The swimming are large and clean. The breakfast are super duper good. Although I am vegetarian I still have many options. They also have buggy to fetch us to our parking. And it's free parking.

I didn’t manage to get marriot bonvoy points as the booking was made via booking.com as there are no room available when i tried to make reservation directly from hotel or via marriot bonvoy app.

I got free room upgrade which was value for money. There’s q wide variety of breakfast menu. Love it when u can order take away beverage as well. It was very thoughtful gesture

I would like to share my experience staying at Palm Garden Hotel in Putrajaya. My stay there was truly wonderful. The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious, making it perfect for a family of four. I felt very happy and peaceful throughout my stay. The view from my room was beautiful and calming, which made my stay even more relaxing. One of the highlights of my experience was the “Kopi Dulu” served during their afternoon tea session. It brought back sweet memories of my younger days in my small hometown. Just a simple cup of coffee with biscuits but it reminded me so much of those cherished times. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you very much!

The Hotel is clean , comfortable and staff were friendly and welcoming . Breakfast buffet was widespread and good. Kids had a-lot fun with the pool and kids play area.
