going up to the third floor is far and not suitable for taking the elderly. the faucet in the sink does not work well and the hot water bath is difficult to adjust the desired temperature and the television does not work at all

Unfortunately, the staff is not really helpful. I asked for the floor mat after check in, but they just put on the reception table and asked me to bring it by myself. Lack of facilities: 1. TV is not working. 2. Towel is dirty and not suitable to use. 3. The cup is not enough ~ only provide one cup eventhough our room is suite room / family room. 4. All the way going to the room, there's a smoking smell. Please improve the hotel facilities. Thank you.

Room is spacious with city view. It is a suite room actually and located at the third floor, which means you will need to use stairs, no lift. It is good to exercise tho 🤣😎 But family with little kids or baby, not recommended. Wanna come back again if they are giving us the lower floor. Thanks!

1. The check-in process: The receptionist told me that my room was not existing while chewing some gum (very impolite!)! The room needed to be cleaned by the time I arrived which required me to WAIT! I arrived at 3-4 PM, what do you mean the room is NOT ready?

1st room the aircon sounded like it was going to take off. They gave us the room next door & the aircon leaked a lot. They gave us some towels & apologised.

Cheap & cheerful hotel. Everything you'd expect from a hotel in this price range. Location was good walking distance from all the attractions. Decent WiFi.

The most basic hygiene standards were not met: cockroaches were everywhere, and the bed was infested with blood-sucking fleas, causing full-body itching after sleeping. The water pressure in the shower was extremely weak. Switching to another room only slightly improved the situation. There was no toilet paper or bottled water provided. The hair dryer was faulty, but the staff simply stated it "could not be resolved" as-is. While I can tolerate subpar overall conditions for the price, the utter lack of basic cleanliness is unacceptable. Other budget hotels at this price point offer far better environments and essential amenities. Such poorly managed hotels tarnish the city's image, leaving tourists and business travelers with negative impressions and eroding trust in local governance. We urge the owner to take immediate action to improve operations and commit to proper management.

Apart from being close to the city, give it a try and see how it goes. The rest is just terrible, it's a pity that the owner doesn't run it properly.

please fix it in terms of the clothes iron, the drinking water heater, the cracked floor is dangerous, and it is not suitable for long stayers because there is no lift provided. You have to go up the stairs with a lot of stuff.
