MalaysiaTransport service. They have an outsourced pre-priced transport service. I booked a transport for 5 adults with 5 lugguages through the hotel service. I was supposed to be charged with RM70 for 5 person and plus RM2 for any extra luggage more than two. I expected to be charged of RM76 for all. Instead the transporter requested me to pay for RM90. I told the staff at the front counter however due to unknown reason he kept quiet and wasn’t helpful at all. The hotel should have some controls over the service they rendered to their customers including the transport service they outsourced. Any disputes with transport service eventhough being outsourced can have some damages to the reputation of the hotel as the transport provider served the hotel customers.

Very convenient location - close to the airport, so we didn't have to rush early the next morning. The room was spacious. The staff at the counter was very helpful and friendly. The shower was nice.

United KingdomHotel is split between two buildings so you need to step out of one building to enter another. Not the end of the world but the little alleyway/street you need to cross to get into the other building isn't the cleanest but that's out of the hotels control.
Perfect for a short stay if you have an early flight at KLI airport. They also offer a shuttle service which was affordable and on time. All staff members we interacted with were nice to deal with.
