How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

1) the slippery bathroom floor.. (need to do something about it before an accident happens) 2) the smell of the air freshener adjacent to the water dispenser (at the ground level). For me & family, the smell was so disturbing, kinda strong.
1) the friendliness of the lady's staff (2 of them). They are so helpful & kind. 2) the spaciousness of 'surau: (Muslim prayer room) 3);the spaciousness of the room. 4) the cleanliness 5) room amenities.

Transport service. They have an outsourced pre-priced transport service. I booked a transport for 5 adults with 5 lugguages through the hotel service. I was supposed to be charged with RM70 for 5 person and plus RM2 for any extra luggage more than two. I expected to be charged of RM76 for all. Instead the transporter requested me to pay for RM90. I told the staff at the front counter however due to unknown reason he kept quiet and wasn’t helpful at all. The hotel should have some controls over the service they rendered to their customers including the transport service they outsourced. Any disputes with transport service eventhough being outsourced can have some damages to the reputation of the hotel as the transport provider served the hotel customers.

Some of the other guests were drinking alcohol at the common area.
Very convenient location - close to the airport, so we didn't have to rush early the next morning. The room was spacious. The staff at the counter was very helpful and friendly. The shower was nice.

The bathroom lock on the door was broken & there was no toilet paper .
It is a great location , not far from the airport , handy for stopovers . Also has a lot of shops and food outlets on the same street. Basic and clean.

Very very noisy. Our room window was on the very very noisy road below. Not only the noise from the vehicles on the street but also people making a lot of noise. Quite difficult to sleep

I stayed here before and had a good room. The room I had this time was not very good. Several things were broken and/or did not work. (The bum gun was broken as well as the handle to the bathroom)
Close to KLIA 1 & 2 with a (payed) shuttle to/from the airport. Several convenience stores close-by, restaurants in vicinity

Hotel is split between two buildings so you need to step out of one building to enter another. Not the end of the world but the little alleyway/street you need to cross to get into the other building isn't the cleanest but that's out of the hotels control.
Perfect for a short stay if you have an early flight at KLI airport. They also offer a shuttle service which was affordable and on time. All staff members we interacted with were nice to deal with.

Location of hotel is near many eateries and convenience stores. Only about 10 to 15min to KLIA. We can take a lift to go up to the floor where our room is.
