The best hostel in Kuala Lumpur.

Nice stay, i stay for 1 night, i choose mix dormitory 10 bed, the room really fitted to the bed, but still comfortable., the toilet is Infront of the bed, got 2 toilet, 2 bathroom, and washing machine. The room is like semi finished style, nice design.overall a good night stay. Really close to the mrl imbi station and mrt bukit bintang station. Got 7E below the hotel, 5 minutes walk to jalan alor.

The room space is not really height, need to bend down,but ok laa. The bed got some smell, not sure the smell of previously used or the smell of the room itself as the room floor is wood.

Very central. Walking is easy to main points. The staff and owner are very nice. Quite a shared home feeling. The rooms are very dark and isolated from noise, best sleep in a while!

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms, bathrooms and social areas were kept very clean. The beds were comfortable enough, though a little uneven and the pillows were rather lumpy. The beds had curtains, a light, a power socket with USB sockets, hooks with hangers and big lockers. The AC worked well, I asked for an extra blanket due to being cold at night time then was fine. I slept in the 5 and 10 bed dorms and preferred the 10 bed, as the 5 bed only had partial curtains and despite it being a smaller room, the AC didn't work so well. Towels were provided and the bathroom had good shampoo/shower gel and a steady supply of toilet rolls.The showers were hot and powerful, though the bathroom shelves could do with some maintenance to make them usable again. The location was great, in the heart of Bukit Bintang, close to lots of good eateries, public transport and malls. Overall would highly recommend staying here!

The only minor negative point besides those mentioned already is that there are only two bathrooms for the whole hostel. Sometimes queuing is needed. Also, it would be good to provide bathroom slippers to use as the floors were usually wet.

They wasn't any microwave

The location of OA was fantastic—close to everything I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the beds were comfy. I really appreciated how spacious the lockers were, which made it easy to store my large backpack. Definitely recommend!

I was disappointed with the state of the washrooms. They weren't very clean during my stay, and a few of the showers were not working properly.

Everything was superb. I just continue my stay with OA THE FACTORY AT BUKIT BINTANG! it's like a family now. A very good place to stay in the heart of Kuala Lumpur!

I liked everything. Clean, comfy, a very best location actually

The overall atmosphere was super. The location is great. I could find Bangla Food near Jalan alor street which is a ten minute walk. The people i met were good. Quite a busy place. The host himself is super and very hardworking. He is always working to improve the place. The place itself has a culture and I feel like a member of a club. If i visit the vicinity again, i shall surely visit the place even if I am not able to stay. I stayed here two times. Therefore you could say I was satisfied enough.

A big problem is the number of bathrooms. It has only two bathrooms (with showers inside). No alternatives. The place is quite big and the number of bathrooms were inadequate. But as they are with the shower combined, the bathrooms are not small.

The staff was so friendly, so nice, we shared fun moments during my stay there, played Guitar and got to know each other as well as other travelers. This was the first experience for me at a Hostel and it was totally worth it. Thank you
