We had a wonderful stay in Nyaman Sweet Home. We were a group of 9 persons, and most of us are reaching late sixty in age. We were most appreciated a warm welcome by the couple of the house owner. We were briefed in detail of the layout and facilities of the premises, and a good recommendation of restaurants in the vicinity. The house is absolutely clean and tidy, with ample space and large size beds for us to have a good rest for recovering energy for travel. The house is well equipped will all the household items fitted the made us feel staying at home. The provision is so caring that even: travel first aid kit, cellphone charger and spare shopping bags are provided.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nyaman Sweet Home in Balik Pulau, Penang, and it was truly an exceptional experience. This three-story landed property offers a breathtaking view of lush green mountains, best enjoyed from the master bedroom on the third floor. The master suite is incredibly spacious, featuring a cozy window seat, a large wardrobe, a 60-inch+ TV with a home theatre system, and an attached bathroom with a luxurious jacuzzi—perfect for a relaxing stay. The homestay boasts five spacious bedrooms, four of which come with attached bathrooms, while the ground floor bedroom shares a common bathroom. With ample space, this house can easily accommodate 20+ guests or more, making it ideal for large gatherings. One of the most unique features of this home is the open-roof concept on the third floor, allowing natural sunlight to brighten the interior and providing a serene atmosphere, especially when it rains—it’s truly calming to watch and listen to. The living area is generously sized, furnished with a comfortable sofa set and a large dining table, perfect for family or group activities. Meanwhile, parking is convenient, with space for two cars inside the property and additional parking available outside, as the neighborhood is not overly crowded. The house is well-equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, including a hot and cold water dispenser, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Beyond the beautiful home itself, the host was incredibly attentive, understanding, and accommodating with check-in and check-out arrangements. We were also warmly assisted by the host’s father during checkout—he was exceptionally friendly and kind, adding a personal touch to our experience. Overall, it was a pleasant, comfortable, and memorable stay. I would highly recommend Nyaman Sweet Home to anyone visiting Balik Pulau, and I will definitely return for another stay in the future!

All was just perfect. One day we went to Georgetown, which is not far to get to. We have enjoyed amazing food in the city restaurants and different food stands along the tourist busy areas.

Nyaman Sweet Home is located in the quiet residential area of Penang Island. It is a new modern house offering comfortable stay for a group of seven and even more people. Ideal place for enjoying local country side, local food in variety of restaurants, as well as beautiful beaches, having white sand with many trees and amazing swimming experience in the sea.
