Room was spacious. Check in and out was very straight forward. Bathrooms were clean. There were bicycles available to use on the property. Laundry service was also available. Very easy to contact staff if needed. Good location

I loved the privacy and space for each bed. The room was THE MOST comfortable I’ve stayed in for a hostel. The bathrooms were so clean. The Wi-Fi was strong & steady. The many spaces around the building were cute and functional! The cats were all so well-mannered. The fridge and utensils in the kitchen were helpful to have. Overall, I loved this place so much. I will certainly be back if I find myself in Georgetown again!

Wish there was more opportunity to socialize with others in the guesthouse but other than that it was fine for the most part.

Location was great. It was fairly central. 15 minute walk from the Ferry terminal. Close to many sites, off the main road. Was able to do my laundry for free which was great and just hung my clothing outside. Was in the 4 female dorm and it was quiet and rooms were great considering. Had your own fan. Stairs are steep so be careful. Room was good enough size for me 5'5 and to place my 55L backpack. I was okay with the space. I wasn't bothered by the noise. It wasn't too bad, but needed a sleeping mask for the light that came through the curtains as Im quite when light filters in the room.

I guess I would get rid of the carpet in this place (bedrooms and landings) as you can’t really keep that spotlessly clean over time. But apart from that a lovely place to stay

Easy check in with instructions for 2 secure door entry. A lovely welcome by 9 cats, some of whom love a cuddle. The downstairs shared space is clean and well maintained and the kitchen is great with hot and cold water on tap. It’s spacious and quiet too. A short stroll to the best places to eat and drink. I would stay again.

Everything was perfect. Great location, walking distance to the main sights but quiet street at night. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The communal spaces were always kept clean and tidy. The cats were the highlight - all very friendly and love attention. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling through George Town

I had a wonderful time at this guesthouse! The self-check-in was super helpful since my flight arrived late at night. I loved the cozy, house vibe—it had a nice design and was always clean. The best part was the cats! They were all friendly and cute. I’ll miss them a lot!! Thanks to the staff for taking such good care of them. Location is perfect. I highly recommend this place and hope to return one day and see those cat!

We loved loved our stay here!! One of our highlights pf the past 6 months travelling. Felt home from home in May’s guest house. The room was comfortable and well furnished. The shared bathroom was clean and had a hair dryer and iron. There is even a washing machine in the kitchen downstairs you can use! The highlight for us was the cats! They are so friendly and welcoming, always in the mood for some fuss. Definitely cured some home sickness of our own cats! Would definitely recommend staying here for a homely feeling!! Felt totally at home here! I stayed in the dorm room for 4 nights. The place has so much character and the cats really add a beautiful energy to the place! Thank You May! Really enjoyed our stay here. Very easy Check in and we were immediately welcomed by the friendly cats. Our private room was quite small but very clean and one of the best beds we have on a 3 month trip. The facilities were great and we could get free water and free washing which was a bonus. It was always very quiet and the cats were a great feature. Walkable to all the highlights of Georgetown - would definitely recommend to stay here.

Clean, great location, comfortable room, bikes to get around, super easy to check in, superb customer service - even though there is no staff in the place you can send a Whatsapp with your issue and they respond SUPER promptly! I stayed in a 4-Bed Female Dorm, and each bed is in a self contained room with an automatic lockable door inside the actual room - which is amazing. And to top it all of the cutest cats :) Highly recommend!

Hotel give the information very detail, they have small kitchen we can use and clean after that. Even though bathroom not separated by gender but they manage very well. It might be a little dark and quiet at night outside of the hotel, please be careful when you walk back or go out.

It was extremely hot in the common area including showers and the kitchen. My room didn't have any window, so it was only possible to ventilate using an AC. The place is not social at all and there's nobody at the reception to ask anything - should be ready for a total privacy. The staircase terrified me every time to climb to the 3d level.

The place looks lovely inside, with cats being owners of it - they're so free to move around and getting some attention from guests when they want to 😊 The location is quite good, although a bit further away from the center. There's a big mall 5 min walk away with lots of shops and cafes around. The room had a powerful AC, quite enough space for everything and provided the privacy. There was a washing machine to use for free - a very pleasant surprise. Overall, I'd recommend for some privacy and spending a couple of nights interacting with lovely cats 😻

There is little insolation for noise so you can hear your neighbors walk in the hallway, you do need to keep that in mind as it lessens privacy a tad.

The self check-in is simple, clear and works great. This really feels like all guests are sharing a house, making it very quaint and quiet. The shared facilities are super clean and comfortable, the showers are great! We came for the cats and were so pleased to have many visits from them during our stay. Would recommend to anyone visiting George Town :)
