Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Toilet smell until my wife bought some air freshner from nearby Ecoshop - 1min walk from hotel - then ok no smell. Got exhaust fan and suction strong but the smell still present.
Location awesome. Near shop, eatries place & 5min walk to Feringgi Walk. Got new room with new aircond. Owner best.

The room stunk of cigarettes, we assume other people in the same complex not part of the hotel. The bathroom also stunk and the drainage wasn’t the best with the shower leaking 24/7. However a budget hotel so get what you pay
Hotel was super close to beach in Batu Ferringhi and a bus stop. The man at reception was very nice. Provided water bottles everyday

I was charged a different price after booking the same room twice !!!!? First price was cheaper than the second price !!!!! Booked the same room for 6 days and 5 days consecutively - different prices. !!!!!! Not happy

They charge you in advance weird amounts for reservation was very confusing, also first message on booking is very confusing it looked like scam at the first place. The communication via app was not great. No hot water. You can here the music and all sounds from the street.
You can take a bus to George town. Near the beach.

Reception/check in desk in outside at the top of the entrance steps to the building. It is not consistently manned. 20MYR deposit for room key which is fine but if no one is there when you're checking out, it's not possible to get your deposit back !!! I had the wherewithal to go down the day before to get the deposit and arrange a place to leave the key. Not sure why the 10MYR per night taxes are not included in the reservation price.
Location close to bus stops, beach and night market. 2 small bottles of water provided each day.

Cheap, parking easy to accces, friendly staff, room are fine considering the cheap price. Just lil bit can hear sound of karaoke, but not that obvious.

Very strong chemical smell in bathroom... Pesticide??? Would be nice to have shelves or drawers for clothes.

Overall this budget hotel is worth staying. Just at night we were in the room. Would be better if they furnish electric hot cattle just to warm up water. Bedroom and bathroom all looks clean and neat. More suitable for friends and a couple nights staying. Not suitable for family.

Room size is small and not much room for movement (standard room) . Air cond clearly need cleaning and maintenance.There is a lot of dust at aircond. It slows the cooling even aircond on turbo mode. TV channel is limited. Weird room colour (deep turqoise) No bedside light and no window. so room is very dark at night. I had to leave the TV on and silent the volume to make some light so can move to toilet and avoid tripping.
The location is walking distance to night market and eateries. Hot shower available. Water pressure is good at 3rd floor. Bathroom clean. Bed sheet clean. Reception - Mdm Sara is very friendly.

The walkway to the room.
Room: okay , spacious, 2 beds Location : Hidden, a bit creepy the walkway to the room. But, easy access to night market street, restaurants, mini mart, petrol station and else. Most important, at centre of Batu Feringghi. Beach : near the beach

for this trip, we got a room close to the karaoke center At night, our sleep was disturbed, even at 1-2am the karaoke still didn't end hope the hotel can cooperate & solve this problem for the comfort of tourists
it's comfortable.. the convenience of eating places, clinics & gas pumps are also close the beach is close, you can just walk
