Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. MalaysiaThe pillow was too soft, it felt like there wasn’t any filling inside. Also, the air conditioning wasn’t very cold, so the room felt a bit warm at times. Other than that, everything was fine
I really loved the view, it’s a stunning combination of sea and forest. The property is very clean, and the ambience is peaceful and relaxing. Overall, a great place to unwind.

As I'm a regular traveller to Johor my 1st choice is always Almas. Been staying with the same management before The units are always clean and of course, the view from the 31st floor is amazing. And I was amazed at how prompt their reply was if there was any issue pertaining to the unit that you stayed in. Will definitely choose this unit during my next staycation.

Alternatively, you can also provide representative photos on the facilities provided so that we can at least make appropriate adjustments on our side eg; bringing own iron.

MalaysiaCleanliness in the toilet should be better. There's a mold and the toilet seat got stain. Last time, when I stayed in the apartment, there were 4 pillows and the room smells nice. Now only got 2 pillows and I think those pillows need to be changed. Fridge was not clean properly. Iron board was broken and its time to change it to new one.
The location was near to eateries and it was quiet like my preference.
