The sign to parking is not clear. Room ok but the surrounding is a bit errie with unfinished building, look so run down. Pillars all round. Did not find any eateries within walking distance.

The staff is kinda unfriendly. Mostly he looks annoyed all the time. I understand that it's a tough job but a little friendliness goes a long way. especially when you're working with people

The room is impressive. I got 2 queen size beds.The facilities are all good. The downside is that it's kinda hard to find the place and it's almost isolated. You need to go to find something to eat as there's nothing there

The problem to find the access to the premises as well as the long delay waiting for the lift for check-out. Plus, the staff should've spoken in Malay while dealing with fellow Malaysians like us.

The modern set-up and the vibes that are felt throughout the facilities including the lobby and the mart.

The window blinds were horribly damaged as I checked into the room. It was too late to replace it. The staff just make shift with what they can do. I had to hang the bed sheet over the damaged blinds over the nights.. :(

While the location is not too far from places of interest...finding the apartment location can be a challenge even for grab drivers. Twice i had grab drivers who kept mising the location and could not come to pick me up, so I cancelled and drove myself. This is not the fault of the host, just that there is massive road constructions on going

Very clean apartment. Gym was well equipped. Didn't use the pool but saw families happily using it. Its quite near to Curve and 1 utama...about 10mins drive. There was a flickering light that I reported at about 9pm and it was taken care of within 10minutes, very fast!

Entrance to the building a bit confusing due to on progress construction. Room a bit dusty at the blind.

Finding the place is a bit challenging due to poor road management and lack of road sign, you end up circling the same place before you found out there's a small road that led to the building

The only hiccup was the lift — it got dramatically stuck on one floor, opening and closing its doors like it was having an existential crisis. We gracefully exited and took the other lift instead. Also, the location felt a little offbeat, like a hidden gem... just very well hidden.

I had a wonderful stay at Forte Season Mossaz Premium Suite Petaling Jaya. The room features a clean and minimalist design that creates a calm and comfortable atmosphere. I truly appreciated the inclusion of a microwave and mini fridge — thoughtful additions that made my stay even more convenient. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the overall rate was very reasonable for the quality provided. One of the highlights was the 24-hour convenience store nearby, which added an extra layer of ease and accessibility. Highly recommended for both short and extended stays.

The apartment was replete with all amenties - microwave, mini-fridge, utensils, electric stove and kettle, iron and iron stand, shampoo and handwash, toothbrush and toothpaste, towels, hair dryer, 3 airconditioners for 2 bedrooms and sala. Furthermore, the staff were always ready to help me make the most of my stay. They immediately brought the requested things (water, tissue, electric stove) as well as fix the dysfunctional light bulb. Furthermore, they even taught me how to operate the electric appliances that I only encounter in Kuala Lumpur. They were helpful and really went beyond their expected duties.

Personally, I really dislike the overwhelming citrus 'room fragrance' at the reception floor. It smells very cheap lemon-ish bathroom cleaner smell. Overall facilities are good, no complains. I understood the elevator comments that everyone wrote on the reviews, probably unbalanced elevator units to the room capacities. The morning of my check-out, it took good five+ minutes from my floor (I think it was 39F) to the lobby, it was as if you were on the local train, stops every other floor. The other thing was there was really nothing to eat around the area. The store was attached but not carrying a proper meals or anything. The area was still under development, I guess project status could be described as the residential part completed, nothing else. Ended up ordering food by Grab. Random people make noises late night/early morning, I'd be annoyed if I were staying more than 3 nights I guess...

Systematic operation - quite smooth. Pre-check in guidance via Booking.com message, WhatsApp. I thought it was too much info prior to the check-in but actually the property's Grab Taxi drop-off point and the reception floor is different, the instruction was really needed to navigate to the right floor. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. Wifi good, 24H reception saved me for the late night arrival. Checked-in around 23:30 straight from KLIA by Grab taxi.

Had a great stay! The studio was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable 4-day, 3-night trip. The location was very convenient, especially since my office was nearby in Mutiara Damansara. Perfect for a short business or leisure trip. The parking was spacious and safe. Highly recommend!
