AustraliaDespite the great building, the service and functionality were a bit of a letdown. Waiting for the lift was always a hassle. There are six lifts, but it felt like only two or three were in operation, making the wait much longer than expected. It might be worth investing in faster or more efficient lifts to improve this. Additionally, the hotel's location, surrounded by highway crossings, made getting a Grab / taxi / uber a little tricky. The pick-up spot is somewhat hidden and difficult to find on the map. However, if you're driving, it's not an issue, as they do offer onsite parking. One thing that stood out was when I needed help extending my stay. I wanted to book an extra night, but instead of getting assistance from the reception staff, I was told to message them on WhatsApp (possibly an online management team?). They even suggested I check out and check into a different room, even though both rooms were the same type. In the end, they allowed me to stay in my current room, but the whole process was frustrating. It felt like I had to "fight" for a more logical solution rather than getting a smooth resolution right away.
This place is perfect for solo travelers like myself or small groups—it really has a lot to offer. The amenities were excellent, and the room was a great size, well-equipped with everything I needed. From the cozy bed to the thoughtful touches, like the positive quotes next to the mirrors, everything made my stay more enjoyable. The hotel itself was modern, aesthetically pleasing, and in great working order. With plenty of staff and security guards around, I always felt safe and secure, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. My favorite part was the pool and gym—definitely better than most hotel facilities. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring and / or to stay active during a longer visit.

MalaysiaThe staff at the registration counter (indian man or Bangladesh I guess) was not welcoming and cold. Please improve the customer service. The other staff are very good including the guards at the swimming pool and parking area. One more, there is no induction cooktop as in the picture. Maybe the room for family got induction cooktop I think. Nevermind.
The room is clean and comfortable. Swimming pool also very clean. Recommend!
