Fridge was not working. Not provided as stated in booking - bedroom slippers, shower cap, disposable shaver, cotton buds. Not fully sound proof. Bathroom and room is too small for 3 adults. Not enough space for luggage. No place for toiletries and no towel rack to dry towels in bathroom. Room was hot during the day and spoilt the fruits I bought.

Classy boutique hotel with a Japanese decor vibe. Bed is hardy and comfortor is super soft and extremely warm. Aircond is cold and nice. Room is clean, water pressure is strong. Nice wooden table and sofa set. Toilet seat with warmer, all kinds of bidet and dryer. Water dispenser and microwave provided on every floor.

When we dropped something under the bed, we discovered a thick layer of dust. We asked for this to be cleaned. Unfortunately, they did not get around to cleaning it while we were staying. This can be detrimental to people who have asthma.

Bathroom was quite small, the water leaked outside of the shower stall and tiles were quite slippery

Everything was nice! Room was abit small but it had everything! It was clean and cozy and it had a room for three which was hard to find! My family and I had a great time. Location was ok.

Location - it is a bit far out from the city main areas and the road where the hotel is located is not the nicest

Just had a problem with the shower overflowing into the bathroom but the staff came to help very quickly. Location is a little far from the city centre if you plan on walking everywhere. Otherwise Grab is cheap and will get you anywhere fast. Our room didn’t really have a view because the windows were above head level which was a shame.

Very lovely boutique hotel. Clean and comfy. Doesn’t look like much on the outside but the king room was very spacious and had all the amenities you would need.

Cupboard space, no shelves. No shelf in bathroom

This is what is expected of a 3 star hotel. Clean well organised rooms, clean bedding and towels and a super comfy bed to sleep in. The rooms are small with not much room to store two people's luggage. The pros a very clean, well maintained room far outweighed the cons. I struggle to understand why a hotel puts a cupboard in the room with only one shelf so high above my head I cannot reach. Install shelves in the cupboard with a half length hanging space and everyone would be happy. Not much room to leave items in bathroom, a shelf would fix that!!! The Japanese toilet was so cool!!!!

Parking area could have been a little `smarter'.

Pleasantly surprise - room though small but it was comfy and well equipped with iron, ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Not forgetting Netflix although we realized this when we were checking out.

Surrounding not much breakfast to eat. But is ok. Quiet environment. Just the sound break not that good. Can hear others talking next door.

Nothing really, as it delivered everything that was promised. Although a gym and onsite laundry service would further increase the convenience. Parking is available and mostly no issues but can get full.
