Some facilities should have been repaired/replaced: * The room key is almost broken. Difficult to open/use. * The bathroom door is also almost broken. Leaking when showering. * Room didn't have windows. Suffocating.

This time im stay here room a bit unclean.. Floor dusty.. Got many small antz on table.. Shower had to hold coz the holder broken.. Sinki a bit dirty..

Location wise, easy access and have ample parking behind the hotel. If you park in front of the hotel, make sure you pay the fee timely. Otherwise, the saman officer will give you a love letter as early as 8 am sharp. We arrived at the hotel in the evening at about 6.15pm from Tasik Kenyir. First thing first, we're searching for an express laundry. Luckily, it's just next to the hotel. So convenient. 🌟 🌟 This place is near to the centre of attraction. Near to Pantai Batu Burok, Pasar Payang, and the new shopping complex KT Mall ♥️ Makan place, it's not an issue. There are so many choices walking distance or drive within 1-2 KM only. Our 1st try lunch at Kolok Street food..yummy and affordable 😋 Thank you and regards

TV only got local channels.

For the price paid, the room and facilities were comfortable and ok. The 2 toilets were good and convenience. The location was good as near many eateries and near shopping center. It also has free car park.

The toilet sink hole is very stinky, can smell bad from outside the toilet.the owner should spent the money to touch up the toilet,floor,furniture and all the details. For me first and last.

Location is walking distance to laundry,uncle chua restaurant, kopi buruk, 7e, manhattan fish market and many more.the staff is good.

1- Rats-infested room. We booked 4 rooms in total, and one was affected. We had some snacks left on the dressing and came back to a messy room with RATS DROPLETS on both beds. We hurriedly contacted the person incharge and it took them 20-30mins to arrive. Upon their arrival, they were kinda expecting that as if that wasnt the first time it happened/ they have been trying to catch the rat(s). They came prepared with the rat traps. All rooms were booked including standby rooms so we had to squeeze 3 person in one room (2 twin beds). 2- In the middle of the chaos to sort out the rat situation, the other room had the key sensor malfunctioned. So funny & shady that this room is next to the rat-infested room. They were locked out of the room and also had to wait for the person in charge to arrive. 3- Price-wise: Not worth it. The hallway was narrow, and the rooms were small. With the price we paid via Booking.com, we were expecting decent accommodations. We paid RM233.64/night. Some of my friends that had been to Oyo Hotel said that this hotel is giving the same vibe as Oyo. 4- In the rat-infested room, the aircond wasn’t functioning well as it was kinda warm compared to the other 3 rooms we booked. It has thermostat directly on the aircond as opposed to remote-controlled aircond on the other rooms.

Building and aircon looks old and not maintain well. Room is adequately sized. The bed and pillow is not comfortable to sleep in.

location is exactly in the city center, near the convenience store, restaurant and self-service laundry. value for money, just beware to park in the back side of the hotel instead the city hall will summon you
