It’s an old hotel BUT, I love the room. Been a regular here and I can’t pick any other hotel. The bed, heaven. I love the room temperature, their pillows, duvet, the shower with soft water.

Nothing major, but the location wasn’t as close as we thought, and the breakfast could have had a few more options, as it felt a bit the same every day.

The staff were all very friendly, and the receptionist was extremely helpful with any questions we had. Our rooms were comfortable, and having two suites next to each other made things much easier for our family.

Everything! We can’t find rooms this spacious anymore, with furnitures of the good old days, thoughtfully furnished. So happy Micasa is still a great choice despite its age.

Our saving land after the typical apartments scam in Kuala Lumpur. We found this hotel last minute and it was a total win, We reserved with booking at the moment and we got 2 rooms immediately. Rooms were beautiful, comfortable and big. Totally suggested!

The property is centrally located which is a positive as it is close to famous attractions, however that means it could get busy in the traffic if you are planning to get a cab in the rush hour. Not hotel’s fault or something for them to improve but a general comment for people to decide the location of their hotel.

The breakfast spread was nice, the room was quite spacious and as described in the photos. The view from the room was great. Loved the property which is centrally located and well maintained. Highly recommend!

Train station was a long walk so needed a taxi etc to go anywhere.

The room was extra large and well appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was great.

The hotel would be easily improved with a paint and some attention to detail. Cracked and broken tiles in and around the pool. Mismatched decking; leaves covering outdoor entertainment areas and broken garden lighting just detracted from its appearance. The property pictures featured in booking.com were not accurate. It was the only hotel out of 7 that did not provide bottled water in our room.

Helpful staff especially the front door staff. Breakfast was also fine.

No netflix or any other popular similar service, found a bit frustrating. Was over the normal tv experience Thats all i have to grumble about

Room was lovely and clean, staff always very friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble at all. Lovely little kitchenette, the room had character. Staff went beyond when necessary to help me when needed always extremely friendly I was pretty much room bound as not very well unfortunately Administrative staff were just fantastic, Elton and all the others at front desk. (sorry not remember names)

Sound isolation between rooms. Some guests in the room next to mine checked in shortly before midnight, so they were speaking loudly and laughing until 1.30am, and I was woken up few times.

Great room size, comfy bed, kitchenette, good shower and toiletries. Very nice swimming pool. Good price / quality ratio. I would stay here again.

Some of the cooking smells came though the air-conditioning into the room

Upon arrival we where celebrating an anniversary whilst staying here. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond to set up the room for us (at no extra cost) making it feel comfortable. We had a meal booked at the restaurant (pre planned) and again the staff were very friendly and helpful food was good also. The front desk was always helpful and polite. We enjoyed our stay, 5 nights, beds were comfortable

Rooms are really spacious. Bed was really comfy. Lovely bathroom with big shower. Pool is big and clean. We only stayed one night but would be great for a long term stay due to kitchen facilities.
