Do note that there is only 1 lift so if there are many guest the wait for the lift maybe slightly longer. Room on 4th floor with windows overlooking roofs of nearby buildings.

Location near a lot of eateries, cat statues, supermarket and tour agency (CPH Travel). It is also near bus stops for the free Metro 103 bus. Breakfast is alright with sarawak laksa, porridge, western and Chinese food. Friendly staff. Room with luggage storage rack. Shower water pressure good. Iron and ironing board provided though we did not use.

However, the WiFi connectivity was somewhat unstable at times, which could be improved for a better guest experience. Overall, a good stay, but addressing this issue would enhance the comfort and convenience for future visitors

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us a late check-in and check-out, knowing that we were a trio of daughters traveling with our mom. Their attentiveness to our needs made us feel truly valued as guests. The service was thoughtful and considerate—such warm and kind people, embodying 有人情味 (a genuine human touch). It created a welcoming and memorable experience. Highly recommend

Pretty nothing much.

The location is good. Although it's only about 10-15mins walk to Waterfront but the hotel is within short walking distance, literally minutes walk away, to many eating places. All the staffs at the reception counter are friendly and helpful too.

Clean, modern, great staff, perfect location. Laundromat nearby, excellent pub (21Bistro) across the road, supermarket opposite, western style coffee shop across the road and the hotel is on historic Padungan Road - nestled in amongst great kopi tiams and local eating places. Short walk to waterfront and Tun Jugah (money changer and great cafe owned by expat on bottom floor).

TV options were very limited. Perhaps more movie channels shd be considered. No gym in hotel but that is a minor issue

Clean, quiet, comfortable. The iron is the best, quick and easy to use. Better than most hotels in the area. The water is nice and hot! With very good water pressure. The bed is firm, clean and perfect for a good night's sleep. It's also very quiet at night, considering it's in the middle of the city. Will definitely stay here again when I come by.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, making it convenient and easy to explore the area. Great shoutout to Mr.Akmal and team for providing a wonderful service to my family. They allowed me to check early to accommodate my needs, especially travelling with a baby. Nice and clean room with comfy baby cot as requested.
