Nothing wrong with Property , except the interior is a bit outdated and some facilities not working properly or not working at all . There is a strong bad smell in bathroom room’s shower area( drainage). Another toilet in one of the bathroom room not working even if press to flash, leaking pipes of shower spray. Water pressure is too weak for hot shower .

Size is good enough for 7 of us . Air conditioning is very good , fans too.

We had a great stay at Medini Signature! Check in was seamless. The security was honest! My brother actually forgot and left his wallet in the basket of his motorcycle. One of the security guard actually came up to the unit and asked us to go down coz he said there's something that we left. When we realized it was the wallet, we were very grateful! The unit was big and clean! Love that it fits our family of 9 adults and 1 baby. Ample parking lots. Love that there's actually many residents staying in the building. So it's not scary at all! Will definitely come back again. Highly recommend! 💯

However, we encountered a significant issue with the shower. The drainage system was clogged, causing water to pool during use, which was both inconvenient and unpleasant. This maintenance oversight impacted the overall experience.

Our stay at Medini Signatures had its ups and downs. The property is in a great location, with easy access to nearby attractions. The unit was clean, spacious, and equipped with essential amenities, which made our stay quite convenient.

A little bit of improvement: 1: To provide 2 access card for bigger apartment as usually it will have more than one fmly stay together so it’s hard to only have one access card 2 Microwave and Coway to be install easier for us to pre-heat meal and have the water intake 3. Provide the broom to swipe the floor.

The sofa not that much clean until body all itchy and no enough aircond remote, plz provide more extra rubbish bag for easy us to throw the rubbish.

I'm very satisfied with this place. Not far from the legoland. Good surrounding. The house is big enough for a family of 4. Easy to park your car, just go to the basement and choose where you want to park. The guard also very friendly and helpful.

Perhaps it will be good to have broom and dustpan in the unit so we can do a little housekeeping while staying in as we have many ladies and the hairs that is lying around is a bit of an eye sore 🤪

The unit is a 4 bedder apartment. I like that the unit is big, spacious, bright and clean! It fits us 2 families. The unit comes with lego blocks and some toys, with small table and chairs for kids. It helps that it kept the children entertained. The unit came with washer and dryer. So it really helps that we can do our laundry during our 4d3n stay.

No TV channel so can't watch Sg channels. Netflix need code for some viewings. Pillows are too hard. One room was locked created anxiety for me. A dryer be good too as limited hanging space.

Full kitchen facilities. Very comfortable bed for our much needed rest. Well decorated apartment. Peaceful and safe environment. Many guards around. Middle of IP so good access to every area nearby.
