The place was so nicely decorated and super clean. Parking is so convenient. Kids friendly too. We love the place and will definitely come again.

One small suggestion would be to consider adding a lock or child safety feature to the window in the kids’ room. It would also be helpful to include clear instructions on what to do or who to contact in case of an emergency for example, if a child accidentally gets locked in a room. Relying solely on the in-app chat might not be ideal in urgent situations. Including information about spare keys or an emergency unlock option in the house manual would offer added peace of mind for parents.

The unit was beautifully designed with a cozy and stylish interior. It really felt like a home away from home. What made it even more special was how kid-friendly the space was. Our little one loved the toys, indoor slide, and all the thoughtful touches that kept her entertained throughout the stay. It’s rare to find a place that’s both aesthetically pleasing and practical for families with young kids. This one nailed it! Highly recommended, and we’d definitely love to return.

Only one lift worked on Saturday so had to wait to go up.

Host is very responsive. Very close to Legoland and Sunway big box for some quick groceries shopping (few minutes driving). Peaceful area, not crowded so we enjoyed getting around the area. Kids love the place as it has a lot of toys to play with. Beds are comfy too. A lot of grab food options available so we just ordered and had our dinner delivered to the house. Guards are very helpful with direction and parking. Requested for baby bath tub but the owner didn't have it. It's fine but having it would be a bonus for a family with small infant.

a bit long procedure when first arrive with Grab as need to register with security guard at entrance. no place to eat and no convenient store nearby but we can order takeaways with grab food. no plates/cups/cutlery available for us although there is electric kettle (bring your own tea and coffee before arrival)

clean , bright, tidy and comfortable apartment. nice view from living room and master bedroom. aircon cool and there is additional ceiling fan. streaming services on tv. nice toys in the living room for kids who like to play cooking. can accomodate 8 people comfortable as one room has a bunk bed and another single bed.

Very kid-friendly. We happened to encounter extreme rainy weather and could only stay indoors due to the flood in JB. The toys, setup, and books in this unit made my child feel comfortable and happy. Moreover, the host was very considerate and helpful. The condo itself felt safe, and the security guards seemed well-managed.

Needs to be aired before guests arrive. A bigger sofa would be nice for family stays. A toaster, hand soap in all bathrooms and extra set of keys would be helpful. Extra blankets (bedding) could be kept in the closet. Security was a pain as they questioned us every time we returned for way too long. It felt intrusive and unwelcoming.

The pool for kids is quite cold in the morning due to not getting enough sunlight covered by the buildings. Other than that all is good!!

The accommodation is superb!! It is fully clean and the kids and wife really loved it. It is as per advertised in the website. It provided so many kids friendly amenities such as toys, slide and comfortable bunk beds that made them happy & smiling all the way. The only downside was the entrance below at P1 (ground) level is locked and we always had to go through the basement to get up the apartment. The lights at entrance was broken when we arrived but got fixed the next day. The apartment had all you would need during a short stay. Pool area was great and clean as well. Will recommend this further to a family for a short vacation rather than a hotel as it is definitely value for money.

The kids pool was dirty and kids were not able to use it.

The house was amazing - super cosy, spotless clean, equipped with necessary stuff for family use. Even provided baby cot, toys and slide in the house - kept my kids occupied.

Marks on the counters in the kitchen. Only one set of access cards for the entire family. A bit expensive for the standard and quality. Noise around the apartment at night, like random booming sounds and sometimes knocking. Lamps did not work as they had two pin plugs where as the wall sockets had 3 pin.

Location close to where I needed to be. Good space, great views, facilities in good working condition like aircons, fridge, tv etc. Security staff were helpful and friendly. Instructions for checking and out were clear and simple.
