The remote control of tv has no battery so tv cannot on. Everything is ok except the mattress is too thin.

The space is just nice for 6 people. Upper floor each room have their individual bathroom. The Legoland is nearby which can see from the apartment.

The bed is not comfortable at all, directly hit the bedframe once we sit or sleep on it. The mattress was too thin for our liking. Imagine staying for two night in a row and not getting a good sleep. Plus some given floor mat are not in a good condition and smelly.

The location of the unit is good, short drive to main attraction and restaurant. The unit is well maintained and overall is clean. There's some entertainment for the youngster as well.

The TV remote wasnt working. The dryer function in the machine also seemed to have issues. The kitchen could use some more cookware and utensils. But overall, we had a very good stay.🙂

We liked the location and the interiors of the unit. It was quite spacious.

No complementary for us at least we have 3 in 1 coffee / tea at the kitchen, no enough clothes hunger. As for this, we got much more for previous stay at Grand Medini.

The mattresses on the beds are the thinner type so if you are particular about mattresses having to be the spring pocket type or the hotel type, then you will be sorely disappointed. We wish there were hooks on the back of doors for the convenience of hanging our shirt or jacket etc. There is a wardrobe in the master bedroom but not in the other two rooms. We wish there was a rack or shelving system where we will be able to organise our shirts, garments, etc. Having a laundry rack would also be very useful for people who stay in the apartment.

The apartment is a corner unit and is 2-storey. It is spacious and very comfortable for the whole family!it feels very cosy and the full length windows enable a lot of light into the apartment. The swimming pool is also very nice, but the jacuzzi was closed. There is a separate wading pool for younger children, especially for toddlers. The apartment is within walking distance to Gleneagles Hospital. Further down the road is Mall of Medini and we can walk to Legoland. If you are going there without your own transportation, you will need to depend on Grab to bring you around. Otherwise, if you are driving, then it is more convenient. You can also choose to order food via Grab delivery and collect the food items from the guardhouse at the main entrance. All in all, I am very satisfied and happy with the apartment and the stay! If Legoland is in your itinerary, then this place is a must-book for you and your family!

The dining room air-conditioning need to service as is kept blow hot air. Most of the TV program need to subscrbe and pay then only can see, otherwise just see advertisement only.

The house is clean and tidy. The house is big and suitable for family stay. We can see Legoland from the window.

Kept sneezing inside the apartment, felt that there was dust everywhere. We are quite sensitive to dust. Key Collection and Key return process was slightly troublesome, requires driving to different locations to collect and return the key.

The apartment was fully equipped with everything including a flask to cool boiled water. Utensils provided matches the number of people staying in the apartment. Location wise was very near Legoland, Grab rides range around RM5 to RM11 depending on the peak charges.

Carpark is not allocated to the unit so you have to find yourself. The toilet bowl has stains. The mattress is too thin.

The view is pretty. The swimming pool is pretty as well. Carpark is bright we have 3 levels allocated. AC and hot water works. Refuse chute available on the level convinient to throw rubbish.

No shops & restaurants nearby, have to go to Legoland.

Cons: -Beds had thin mattresses for all rooms, so it's uncomfortable. -TV initially didn’t have Netflix as stated in the listing -Few hangers provided -Dryer function of the washer wasn’t working -Difficult to contact the host — had to search through multiple social media platforms before finally being given a WhatsApp contact. -Swimming Pool was closed throughout the stay. -The condo the host offered for the swimming pool facility was a few minutes drive away from the apartment. (It's inconvenient as we have to drive out of the condo)

Pros: -Clean apartment -Host came to replace the TV with one that had Netflix on the last night -Toys provided for kids -Host provided another access card to a different condo to use the swimming pool facility. (The initiative counts)
