Some of the wall paper in front of the toilet were peeled, it should not have happened given the young age of the condo. Maintenance need to be enhanced

Convenient for small family. Have everything I need just like at home, can cook, can wash, 2 bathrooms except the TV can’t switch on during my stay.

The children's pool could be more well managed by the residence Management. It has leaves on it. We only go to adult pool to play. The cafe at Tower2 doesnt have much food variety but it's still acceptable.

The unit has a washing machine with dryer. It helps with our laundry, no need to wait to wash them at home. The room is comfortable, toilets are clean.

It’s sooooo hard to watch tv. The channel provided was in chinese and looks like we need to pay.tried multiple times to get it right but still failed, so our stay was very ‘quiet’..since wifi was provided, might as well u install netflix and customer and log in using their own account.. Owner asked to inform after check in/check out but never reply.

The Self check-in procedure is a bit of a challenge when doing for the first time. But if you read word to word and follow the instruction message sent by Mr. Joseph it is very easy. Do not expect host to have quick responses to the queries you sent as he takes time to respond.

Location was a 10minute walk to Legoland. We stayed in the apartment T1-34-01. Three bedrooms in which two were double rooms and one was a bulky bunk bed room which our kids loved. The kitchen and pantry area was well equipped with induction cooker and microwave. Drinking water purifier is also installed in the sink as well. Washing machine was also a plus point. The entire apartment is airconditioned and its working very well. Both Bathrooms were very clean, the amenities (towels, bodywash, shampoo) were quite good.

I would suggest that the host improve their communication responsiveness to enhance the guest experience.

The property was clean and had a nice design that made me feel right at home. The bed was comfortable too.. . Unfortunately, the host's responsiveness was a bit slow. While I appreciated their eventual replies to my messages, I would have preferred a quicker response time, especially when I tried to reach them by phone. Overall, a pleasant stay, but I would have appreciated more timely communication from the host.

Wasn't told pre booking that there was only 1 access card. In was bad as we can't split the group. Acces card is need to go up and down the lift even for the pool.
