ItalyI was informed at the last minute that the pool for adults were closer exactly the date we arrive for 8 days or more . I was sad about that cuz I really booked that place for a major reason that I wanna relax at the pool. Moreover, I was not that happy with the situation of the check-in because our flight arrives at midnight but we weren’t allow check-in till 2/3PM. We were dead exhausted!

Malaysiareally bad communication. they rather tell you about fees for late check out or lost card then a out your check in details. no self check in/out. you have to pay a deposit in cash or PayPal (you have to pay a fee for PayPal). for check out someone will actually come in to the apartment and start checking while you are still checked in. but beside the inconvenient booking and communication with the host it is a nice place to stay

TaiwanThe management only accepts transfer (by local bank, wise, or paypal) for the security deposit, as there is no staff for check in and out. This creates extra hassle for international travelers, plus you actually lose some money through the back and forth international transfers and it takes days to get your money back. The management sent us a LOT of rules to follow, threatening guests that they won't get their deposit back if they don't follow. A lot of tension just for a cheap stay, not worth the hassle in my opinion. The swimming pool has a decent view but also had a lot of hidden rules, like you can't swim if it rains. It was supposed to open at 9am, but when we went the staff was still cleaning the pool and so we had to wait 30 mins to use it.
This is a budget place in a budget location. If you have lower expectations then you won't be disappointed. The room has seen better days. The sink drainage and toilet flush had plumbing problems. The sheets, floor mat, utensils provided by the management are usable but very old. The location is good for many budget eateries nearby.

AustraliaWifi depends. Hotel wifi is very patchy but the most (not all) of the rooms come with their own wifi which is fast and reliable. The gym is average but some of the equipment is broken making it limited. Rooftop restaurant is nice but closes a little early at 9pm.
There are different rooms under different management. Both of mine were large, clean, well furnished and had sizeable windows. Area is not particularly loud and there are very good street food options nearby. Two convenience stores beneath and a nice pool.

MalaysiaThe Wi-Fi were bad enough tho, and the I had to walk around the whole building from the overpass bridge. The toilet were bit smelly, it’s still okay. The surrounding of the hotel seems a bit inconvenient as there aren’t a lot of good places to go to. Additionally, the bridge to the train station is also pretty inconvenient to walk around it. Overall, it’s fine by me.
The bedroom are quite comfy and didn’t expect their MiX store next to it, pretty convenient. The AC are good enough with nearby garbage room.
