Overall, the resort was okay, but it would be even better if they offered more activities for guests. Adding extra options could make the experience more engaging and enjoyable.

Everything is quite expensive (spa, food). A bit more than I would have liked to pay. However, the quality of everything was really good, so you end up not feeling so frustrated about that. But yeah, the extras could be a bit cheaper.

Everything was fantastic. Breakfast is incredible, we didn't have lunch any of the days we were there because we were so full from the delicious breakfast! The rooms are beautiful, big and comfortable, the staff is so helpful and nice. The spa treatments are great. Quite a few activities to keep you entertained. Even though it was raining all weekend, we managed to do archery, pedal boat, biking, not to mention playing some games. Very easy to get to by car from KL. Would recommend it to anyone.

The gym could be better maintained. Whilst it is very well equipped, all but one of the indoor fans were not functioning at the time I was there and as there is no air conditioning, the space became very stuffy very quickly.

The service was top notch. We can’t say enough about the staff at the front desk, in the restaurant, during the activities. The resort grounds were well maintained and we appreciate the complimentary use of bicycles. Also, the food served at the restaurant is delicious, good portion size and great presentation.

The rooms were not too clean, and because of the location there were lots of bugs that were in the room. It is walkable around the place during daytime, but at night it is too dark and doesn't feel safe.

The room was spacious, and the check in process was quite easy. The location was not too far from KL, and the estate itself was quite hidden away for a short getaway trip. Would love to come back.

Arrived in a very hot villa not cooled by the air con & fan. Remote control for the 2 fans was missing and the TV remote did not function properly. When reported, staff responded promptly but unable to cool the villa properly so it took hours to reach a comfortable room temperature.

Quiet and peaceful environment except for the leaf blowers being used in the property between 08:00 & 09:00 daily. Resort offers complimentary bicycles to guests but were too small for tall guests!! Enjoyed the 3 pools and à la carte hearty breakfasts - real treats!! Room service was good and cuisine options were delicious. Wonderful vast network of paths for joggers, cyclists and walkers.

This beautiful resort offers an idillic escape poised on the East Coast of Malaysia. The rooms are large, spacious, luxurious and clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The food options offer a good mix of local Malay and western. The hotel offers a number of activities such as cycling, archery, kayaking, paddle boat. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the resort
