Unusual and not pleasant smell from the drainage system in the bathroom.

Allowed early check in and the rooms and the wonderfully themed hotel was fun and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast and the singing elevators. Also loved the treasure hunt.

It would be nice if there was a food option a bit later. Room service finished early. The web site could do with updating - I could no information about the pool - but there definitely is one in the hotel! It is really difficult to get any information re options about crossing the border from Singapore - it can be very lengthy and expensive.

Loved the location - right next to the theme parks. The rooms were so well themed, the detail was spot on and so well geared to little kids. Loved how there was a treasure hunt in the room to find a Lego gift for 2 kids in the safe!! Kids size basin in the bathroom! (Plus a normal size!)

Rooms and meals can feel a little expensive compared to regular hotels.

I love how everything is so kid-friendly — from the LEGO-themed rooms to the play areas in the lobby. My child was entertained the whole time. The treasure hunt in the room was such a fun surprise, it kept us busy right away. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful touches for families. The lobby full of LEGO bricks and play corners meant my child could run around while I relaxed. I loved how the hotel itself felt like part of the adventure, not just a place to sleep.

I liked everything except maybe there may be some improvements. I was expecting maybe some characters around the hotels during dinner time. For breakfast time as well, some entertainement could be added for the kids. There was a super long queue for breakfast in the morning and the day we had to checkout, we couldnt take breakfast as the queue was too long.

The kids loved the room. They actually loved the hotel overall. Once we are back to Mauritius, my son wanted to go back to legoland. The hotel lobby, or play areas for kids was very nice. They had a very nice time playing for long hours there. The show of the hotel also was very well organised, the kids loved it. Would totally recommend going there for the nice experience.

The breakfast room was chaotic .. and not very clean.. more like a giant dining hall... No cheese was served !!!! And no live counters serving fresh food..

The check in is at 4 o clock although they were kind enough to give us a 1 hr earlier check in Checkout is at 11 o clock .

My kids loved the entrance they were busy for good 2 hrs .When we went in the room we were engaged in a treasure hunt resulting in finding small lego toy gifts for both the kids . Lived the overall ambience . The breakfast which was in the package was good

The dining options were limited while we were there as the main restaurant was under renovation but the renovations should be finished soon.

We stayed for four nights at the Legoland hotel so we could spend 3 days at the water park, theme park and aquarium. The staff were fantastic and helpful. The rooms were a good size with comfortable beds and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. One of the taps in the bathroom filtered the water so we didn't have to only drink bottled water.
