We booked a 2Bedroom apartment, only to realise that there is only 1 master bedroom with a KingSize bed. My kids and helper have to sleep in the same room with mattresses on the floor. Toilet is decent but not fantastic. They are generally clean and OK for usage. No amenities, so please ensure you bring your toothbrush and toothpaste etc. Also, I have initially specifically asked for 5 towels as my helper is coming along. Admin replied that they will arrange but upon arrival, 4 towels were given only. So, for families who are bringing their helper , you may want to ask them to bring along their own towel. For clients who are particular with bedsheets (ie some prestige hotel will share how many threadcounts their bedsheets are, and ask you if you prefer fluffy or harder pillows) , then you may wish to note that the bedsheets and blankets given are all made from basic and simple materials. So, set your expectations right.

I think the whole check in process is very clearly instructed and details are all given accurately. The whole check in process is seamless and the residences is really just across Legoland. A point to note for families who are going to book this apartment. Please note, when they mention "2bedroom apartment", it would mean there is only 1 master room with proper bed. The kids will all have to sleep on matteresses on the floor. For those who prefer their kids to sleep on proper beds and to have a proper seperate room, please ensure you choose your option to "3 bedroom" (which actually mean 2 actual proper rooms with proper beds). To set the expectation right, those guests who just want a simple lodging, clean room to stay, then this is ok. But for guests who are very particular about cleaniness, prestige settings, I will like to share that such residential reservations (air bnb) may disappoint you. - ie, sleeping on mattress with those cheap blankets and bedsheets thats not very comfortable. Pillows are either too soft that sinks down, or too hard and high that gives neck aches. To sum up, this is considered relatively a GOOD CLEAN and SIMPLE lodging.

Room had a bit of mothball smell and floor felt a little dusty. Was ok after airing it for a while.

Booked to go to Legoland - perfect location. Right next to Medini mall, 7-11 and supermarket just downstairs, larger supermarket across the road. if sick of food downstairs, easy drive to Eco botanic/ puteri harbour/ Assalam mamak. Carpark was big enough for our 7 seater car to drive into. Host was very responsive and helpful to us, let us check in early, and park in the carpark until we were ready to leave the Medini area. Room even had a hot water dispenser, toys/legos, cot, TV game console, smart tv functions (Plex), playing cards - super well equipped! Showers were hot, water was strong. Aircon was cool. Towels were clean. (not as certain about the sheets but still ok).

It would be nice to upgrade the furnitures in the apartment. No side table provided in the master bedroom. The furnitures were pretty too basic for the price. perhaps upgrading the sofa would be a great idea as i find the sofa not cosy and comfy enough.

The main plus point why I chose this property is due to the location which is just 5 mins walk from Legoland. Also they have a 24 hours Supermarket just downstairs

I rate the T&B "NEEDS IMPROVEMENT" due to its poor ventilation. The sink, toilet bowl and lid have stains when we arrived. I had to clean it again and it's good we brought chlorox to remove the stains. We only used one toilet because the other toilet near the master bedroom had a strong foul odor emanating from the sink and toilet bowl. There were stains, too.

Spacious apartment with complete facilities and utensils. Walk-distance to Legoland Theme Resort. The kids took advantage of its swimming pool after our visit to Legoland Theme Park. We will stay in the apartment again should we visit the place again.

The building is a little too quiet, probably mostly is for rental or empty. The presence of security guards, well run cleaning/ rubbish clearing and good lightings mitigates this.

Location is excellent. Legoland is just across the road. Just be prepared to grab umbrella in the event of wet weather. All appliances in a typical home is provided and working fine. Air con need to adjust stronger during this bout of hot weather.

Please note that this is a 2 bedroom apartment. It is advertised as having 7 beds but there there is a queen bed room and a twin bed room. The other beds are 2x single mattresses that you put in free space and 2x thin floor mats that would be suitable for younger kids. You need to ask them to make up the amount of beds that you need as they go off the standard 4 people.

This property is super close to Legoland and it also really close to an amazing grocery store and restaurants without the Legoland resort price tag. The apartment was clean and tidy, had kitchen and laundry facilities and had free wifi. Great value for money.

The reception area is very stuffy. There’s no aircon. The lift lobby also has very bad ventilation and always has a weird smell. One night it smelt like dried fish, the next day it smelt of cigarettes.

The unit itself was very clean and smelt nice. No major parking issues. Location is walking distance to legoland through Medini Mall. Added bonus of a big convenience store and 7-11 right downstairs.

Location - of all the condos within walking distance to legoland, Affiniti residence is the absolute closest. Most convenient place to stay for visiting legoland. Cleanliness - the apartment was kept clean

The master bedroom toilet had a rather odd sewage/drain smell on day one, and we feedback to the coordinator and they were very kind and understanding about the whole situation. They found another unit in the same residence to change for us and we managed to continue our 2nd night stay in a MUCH better apartment. Thank you for the efforts.

Do not unload your luggages before check in time 3pm. For those who came early by grab there is no proper storage room for your luggages.

Wak in to Legoland and Medini Mall. Large Supermarket at ground level. Very good homestay for Legoland goers. Swimming pool at 22nd floor are kids friendly and clean. We came with 3 kids and had a goodnight sleep after a tiring day. Recommended for family with kids Owner very prompt in responding our quiries. Very friendly and responsive.
