- hot water is storage type so you need to turn on the hot water way before you want to have a shower and I couldn't find anything saying about that on entry - the hot water tank is slightly insufficient so it was starting to get cold at the end of the shower - a few hiccups in the house (HDMI cable broken, plugs suddenly not working, aircon dripping water) - however dealt with host efficiently - a few broken pieces of toys but it is hard to pick up with cleaning duties

- great place for kids! So many things to play with especially the slides. Have a potty seat and bath toys too. - very close to Legoland and mall of medini - the communication with the host is superb - you can message the property manager on whatsapp at anytime and they reply efficiently - lots of info - they email you a long list of things to do near the airbnb and it was very easy to navigate - kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine was easy to use

the ac at the master bedroom is leaking , but it wasn't a problem at all as the room got fan , we switched on the outside ac then our room become so cold also

The house could do with some minor improvements as some area did look a bit aged visually.

Location is very close to Legoland with adjacent mall. We love the play area in the house which was really fun for our kid. The host was really helpful and attentive and shared many useful information.

Excellent place to stay if you have kids. The location is great, right across Medini mall and Legoland, all within walking distance. The kids had fun playing on the loft and in the bathtub. Everything was clean and comfortable. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was well equipped with a rice cooker, air fryer and microwave. Will definitely book this place again on my next trip there.

The curtains were not full blackout and our bed faces the window. We resolved it by having a pillow over our face.

We came as a family of four. We felt right at home the moment we stepped inside. So many good things to say about this place. Even my husband who is a man of few words said this place has thought of everything that we needed. Check in/out Fuss free; simply collect/return the keys to security guard (We have experienced those that required us to walk all the way in, then unlock mail box, then a bundle of keys/key cards, etc) for this place, security guard is just at the entrance of the lobby and no complicated key cards/keys Awesome place The loft was a perfect place for the kids to play on their own and my kids immediately had their imagination sparked with the soft toys and toys. They have stool at the sink for kids easy access when brushing teeth/washing hands Filtered water provided and so easy to use (no need turn on tap all that) Swimming pool is nice, shaded and not too big. The lift lobby has a cigarette smoke smell.

It has a full set of kitchen utensils and big spacious toilets and bedrooms. Plus point is the loft slide and the play corner has Lego blocks which kept my 5year old entertained throughout! On top of that, the owner has kindly allowed us to check out after 11am after we overlooked on the checkout timing. Super kind of the owner and very grateful to that!

Now for the cons: parking was a bit of a challenge, as it was quite dark, and the confusion around hybrid-only parking spots (which were often misused) caused some uncertainty. Despite these minor inconveniences, we had an amazing experience overall and can’t wait to return. Thanks so much to our wonderful host—we’re already looking forward to booking another stay this year!

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this place! The location was fantastic—just a short walk to Legoland, which made it super convenient for our trip. The view from the room was breathtaking, with calming greenery all around, giving us a serene and relaxing vibe throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, and the host ensured it was fully stocked with everything we needed, from towels to kitchen utensils, making it feel like a home away from home. The kids were especially thrilled with the bunk beds and the unique "treehouse slide" in the living room—it was such a fun and creative touch! The building’s premises were a huge bonus, with playgrounds and lovely parks perfect for walks or letting the kids burn off some energy. The instructions and to-do lists provided by the host were clear and concise, which made our stay completely hassle-free.

The master bathroom was slightly more child friendly than the other. Suggest to add some non slip mats in the shower area for kids. Also only had one baby chair in the apartment

The only thing that I didn’t fancy was the faulty/ strong garbage smell at the common area (lobby and lift area) which lasted for days.

Loved the location. Walking distance to Medini Mall and Legoland. In fact it was much nearer compared to legoland open carpark (which was really hot). We also loved everything about this property. It’s clean, complete with basic needs such as hot & cold water dispenser, microwave, kitchen hob for cooking, utensils, detergent, washing machine, shampoo and shower gel, iron, hair dryer, clean towels, etc. This property is also kids friendly. I love how our kids spent hours playing with the slide, toys and lego and the adults had the freedom to work and play with our gadget :P

The ladder to climb up is a bit dangerous for kids if they did not grab well and fell down.

The devices connected to the tv did not always work due to loose cables. Owner could have provided us with details about whether we could check in earlier rather than informing us after we arrived.

Very clean with a great loft concept for the kids to play. Working clean water dispenser was also a great convenience.
