The place was poorly maintained, dark mould in bathroom sink, tile fell off the bathroom, cabinet falling apart. The swimming pool on 29th floor is a hazard for kids. My 4 and 6 years old left with lot of scratches around the knee and shin without having a fall. I suspect the edges of the pool was too sharp.

2 swimming pools were closed when we were there. The floor on the general swimming pool area looked poorly maintained.

The apartment was very clean, spacious, well-maintained and comfortable. It’s our 2nd stay with Stayrene management and they were very helpful and responsive as usual. The view from living room and master bedroom was beautiful. Check-in was easy with detailed photo instructions. Security guards were helpful and friendly and they patrolled the common areas frequently. There was a drink and snack vending machine at the general swimming pool area.

Master bedroom aircon leaked water during the night/ morning, leading to a small flood under the aircon. Carpark access card was not working so it was a bit inconvenient to enter and leave the condo. One of the lifts was not working well on our arrival - couldn't sense the access card. took about 15min before we can get another lift to bring us up to the apartment.

Great location, near to legoland. View from the condo was amazing. Traffic around the area was good. Condo was well furnished and my kids love the lego toys.

It would be better if have water filter. And additional tv channel. Not all people have their own netflix/astro account. The bathtub cannot used because there is no stopper to cover the hole.

Stove top didn't work as the gas bottle was empty, so you use a cheap electric induction plate instead, all the pans are paper thin and most have burnt on crude in them. Glasses were dirty, and needed washing before use.

We were only able to watch sg channels on the tv not too sure how to switch around for other channels. The main bathroom has sewage smell but it can be gone if u let the windows open. The rinsing shower at the level 29th pool doesnt work.

The house is very clean & well maintained. Things like, microwave, big fridge, AC, fan, water heater, washing machine all works very well. 2 pools to choose but level 29 is the best not alot of people go there. Spectacular unblocked view.By far the best apartment we have stayed in because its very comfortable. Wil look forward to stay here again.

The blinding in the room I guess host need to change to the dark one. Because it can see from outside the house, since the toilet is front of the walkway. Afraid that people doing something bad such taking picture.

Everything in the house is complete. In example Iron, iron board, hair dryer. All rooms came with AC and also huge living room. And also they provide things to cook. I love the scenery its very calm and no sounds of traffic. ☺️ The tv’s is function very well.
