The location is somewhere in the industrial district. Felt almost ghetto. We stayed just one night to attend a wedding so it wasn't that big of a issue for us though. There's no room service but luckily we weren't that hungry at night.

We liked that it was clean and stylish. Breakfast spread was just enough, but not as much variety as we would have liked. Parking was ample and easy.

There really is nothing outside the hotel apart from a couple of basic mini markets and 2 local eateries. Wouldnt feel safe walking around outside the hotel. Its a developed area, but seems like its 75% empty / abandoned. We drove, so never had to step foot outside. Be ready to drive around if looking for food / things to do, or eat before coming back to the hotel. TV stations were pretty much all local stations, with one in english (news channel). Good for the local travellers, but not foreigners if you are planning to wind down in bed and put something on the TV at the end of the day. Our safe didnt lock - but to be fair, we didn't have anything important to store away, so we didnt ask them to fix it.

The aim of the trip was to take the kids to Legoland, and this hotel was perfect for that. Reasonably priced compared to others in the area, nice bedroom (with bunkbed) for the kids. Breakfast had lots of options, although the options were basic (bread station / egg station / limited fruits / cereals / some local warm dishes which I didnt get a chance to try). Family room with the bunk beds was great for the kids, they had their own space without being behind a closed door, they loved it. Room had a mini fridge, 2 TVs (one on kids side, one on main bedroom side), kettle with tea / instant coffee. Shower was nice - good water pressure. Location is good, was quick to get on highways / main roads to get to places such as Legoland. Parking in the basement is plentiful and free, and the lifts bring you direct to your room floor (by tapping your keycard). Staff were friendly and helpful.

I wish the toilet could be better, in terms of place to hook towel/clothes, and if the toilet has lock so it less insecure. Also, hopefully the breakfast was topped up efficiently, it wasn't a nice sight to see dishes empty.

The staffs were nice and the bed was comfortable, the room were okay. Will come back again if in the area!

I stayed at level 7. I can smell cigarette smoke when i exit lobby. In the morning i would smell cigarette smoke. The room has a weird smell but not hat obvious.

Mostly everything. I am so comfortable and happy. Amazingly everything makes my visit wonderful.

I haven't got the opportunity to try the breakfast even my room are booked with breakfast due to some other arrangement/schedule that very tight during this visit.

Cold food at breakfast and I am able to hear my next door room clearly.

I am proud of Ibis for showing its interest to save the environment. Providing water cooler instead of water bottles. Not putting toothpaste in a tube and lots more. Well done!
