Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I find that the selection of menu is very disappointing. Not much variety like my previous past stay. The hotel is packed with visitors from China. I feel that the spread should have more options. No more croissant, cakes and nasi lemak.
Very clean and worth the money.

I’ve stayed here a few times for my staycations,and i love everything about this place except for the parking and alsoi found the pillow very uncomfortable, it was too soft! Its time to upgrade your pillow IBIS!

I didn't aware on the parking at basement have to validate the parking card before exit to entitle RM3 parking fee. In the end I have paid for rm27 for a late night parking. For the next customer who drive, remember to validate! validate! validate! your parking card. The basement parking entrance very narrow, if you have a SUV size and above, might as well park at level 1, rm10 for the parking.
The room, view, location are all good for me. Room is clean, lighting is good for make up. Surprisingly there is booster in the room, I would give it a extra point.

Facility is good, toilet is clean. Water dispenser is ready at the walkway outside the room, we need to get the water personally. Only one thing is not good, lighting is just above the bed.

The pool view is so pleasant and private. The environment is calming and relaxing. I enjoyed my whole stay. 9 out of 10
The staff from the reception to the restaurant to room service are so pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was continental, delicious and affordable.

The bathroom because the waterflow to the hole is too slow until it became as a mini swimming pool. I had to tolerate because it only for a night.

Found a lot of hair at the toilet when we checked in, do not have any foot mat for after using the bathroom makes the floor slippery. Water is available using water dispenser outside at the hallway. Not very price wise
Both of the receptionist throughout the stay were really friendly and helpful, makes the stay really comfortable. The room is decent. Location wise is good at PJ centre easier to go anywhere, around got many types of eateries. Swimming pool is nice

We remarked for a spacious room as we are travelling with a very active toddler. This message might be misinterpreted as we were checked into a disabled guest room, with no furniture (no desk, no side table, no wardrobe only a simple hanging place etc) in the room. Bathroom was equipped with all the disabled facilities and no partition for shower. Since we were in rush, so we didn’t bother for a room change. Maybe front desk can ask during checkin next time.
The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. Location-wise not too bad, less than 10mins driving distance to Sunway Pyramid. Grab service was easily available. Breakfast was simple but more than enough for us (with a 2 y/o). On-site parking was available for RM3.

The entrance to the Basement Parking was quite tight to enter. And the alleyway to the location was quite dark.
