We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeSmokers, china guests, maybe who smokes within the hotel and in tiolet too. It was raining, we realized have no porch for us to get into car without being rained on and no umbrella tp borrow from hotel.
Staff Sugam was friendly, very fast service. Room was big for both family and Deluxe king rooms. Lots of parking in front of hotel and eateries along the road. Hotel juz renovated i think, everything looks new. Sugam put usin 2 rooms next to each other which we really appreciated. Thank you!

The 'I am Jazz hotel' is quite central and near to a lot of place and easy to find food. The parking is also covered by the hotel. It is at the junction but very convenient and the hotel cleanliness is good and worth the money.

SingaporeWifi was bad. Poor sound insulation as we would always be woken up by the birds outside. The curtains were not blackout. We also suspect that the AC wasn’t cleaned because every time we were in the room, we’d get a runny nose.
