SingaporeSoundproofing. I am a light sleeper and I had a hard time getting good sleep at the property, hence I am not returning as often as I should. I am always heading into Johor Bahru for work, and sometimes AirBnB might be better choices as a some properties have better windows and glass to keep the noise out, but that is rare too.
The mall attached to the hotel makes the stay really convenient, may it be having a pharmacy near by or a coffee shop or an eatery, they are all within easy walking distances from the hotel, which is amazing.

After shopping alot of things, u get to go up and keep the shopping bags in the hotel and shop somemore. The hotel is clean and very comfortable to stay in. The breakfast was superb too. Kids love the pool we went there both times we are there. My parents loves that just right in front of the hotel lobby, there is a durian place for them to eat at at the end of the night.

SingaporeSent them a message asking where to park my car but didn't get a reply. Parking area in the mall for direct access to the hotel do not have prominent signage. Be prepared to circle the carpark looking for the hotel entrance. Shower water pressure can be better. Note the sofa bed to sleep 3rd persons is not really a sofa bed - it is basically just a sofa and they set up the sofa with additional bedsheet to cover the sofa sitting area for you to sleep in. Not much width space to turn around and if taller you won't fit into the length of the sofa bed.
Spacious, clean room. Good facilities like pool, gym, food and beverages, reception area all located on the same 7th level. Firm comfortable super single size beds. Located within the mall with direct access at the ground floor is very convenient.

SingaporeCar park is at L6. Hotel lobby is at L7. Hotel should do entry/exit for guests to be able to park at L7 and then walk straight to the lobby. The lift from L6 carpark to L7 hotel lobby can be crowded especially during check-in / check-out timing.

My stay at Hyatt Place Hotel was truly enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, well equipped with everything I needed. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I especially appreciate the Anniversary cake given to us during our stay. SingaporeThat I cannot change my booking to no breakfast for the second night stay because after the first night, we had breakfast and it was not to our palate…. Hotel staff told us to talk to booking.com while booking.com told us to talk to the hotel.
That is it clean and connected to the mall. Staff are friendly.
