Our experience at the Glenmarie Hotel and Golf Resort was one of exceptional quality and comfort. The accommodations were of a high standard, offering a magnificent view from our room. The food was outstanding, and the entire staff demonstrated a remarkable level of professionalism and courtesy. We extend our sincere gratitude to Syarifah Sharella , who personally greeted us during breakfast to ensure our needs were met. Her proactive care and attention made us feel incredibly welcomed and cared for. Her genuine hospitality and attention to detail made a big difference. We can't wait to return. This establishment is highly recommended.

it is a bit distant from the city center and the road to the hotel was dark and empty. We reached around mid-night, but the lobby was empty, no signs of ppl, no cafe at the lobby ... it was quite weird.

The Hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly. The breakfast was great and the view from the breakfast area was amazing

Upon check-in, the front desk staff were very polite, greeting us with a warm smile and kindly offering to help carry our bags to the room. The room was tidy, clean, and fragrant, with a very comfortable bed. They also provided bath towels and a robe.

A couple of small things to note: the road leading to the hotel is a bit dark at night, and the room wasn’t fully soundproof, we could hear activity from the corridor. However, these didn’t really affect our stay. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. After we entered our room, a staff member even called to check if everything was okay, a really thoughtful gesture! As an avid traveller who has stayed in many hotels, I can say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The room was clean and comfortable, and every staff member we met was helpful, polite, and always had a smile on their face.

We had a fantastic stay at Glenmarie Hotel and Golf Resort! The hotel has recently been refurbished, and it shows—everything feels fresh, modern, and well-maintained. The surroundings are peaceful with beautiful views of greenery and the golf course, making it a perfect escape from the city buzz. Our room was clean and spacious, with an incredibly comfortable bed and plush pillows that made for a great night’s sleep. A special thanks to the front office staff—Irfan, who kindly upgraded us to a club room with a bathtub, which our kids absolutely loved, and Faiz, who was friendly and helpful with local food recommendations. The breakfast spread had a good variety and catered to different tastes, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a value-for-money stay, and we’ll definitely be back again!

A bit remote location with no nearby eateries. From outside to guarhouse entrance, including carpark, the lighting can be brighter, just kind of dimly lit.

The hotel is very spacious, nice ambience, clean room, and has a nice view from our window, delicious food at Lobby Cafe, easy check-in and check-out, car park near to hotel and good housekeeping daily.
