I saw many visitors with luggage are not allow to enter premises when they took grab prior to check in. It seems like only for those drove in easily to check in and unload luggage at carpark area

No breakfast available but 7-E just across the road. Many eating places from fine dining on roof top to decent meal by roadside.

access to the apartment is difficult because the apartment is a private residential area. unprofessional in serving tenants because they have to drop items outside the apartment fence. not like an apartment for commercial purposes.dirty washing machine

Entrance guard house not allowing drop off inside the apartment complex. Apartment officially displays no short stay guests.

Staff sent a message and asked to pay 50RM for replacement of bed sheet with “bloodstain” with one of the bedsheets and they could not remove it as it was “all soiled” according to them. They said it was blood stain all over the sheet but it wasnt based on the photo they sent. It was actually coffee spilled on the side part.

The chairs of the dining table were not comfy at all, and the only little sofa in the apartment was barely sufficient for 2 persons. So, we were struggling for sitting and alternating between the uncomfortable dining chair and the insufficient little sofa. Also, there was no crib for our little baby. the manager tried to answer our needs and we solved it by using a thick duvet on the ground as a mattress for our baby. We were worried though because some little tiny ants could be seen in the kitchen and in bathroom, despite it was a clean place. All this never ruined our experienced, and we had a nice time there.

The apartment was an excellent choice. We arrived as a family of 4 including two kids, and the manager welcomed us personally and gladly, and explained everything to us, and let us check in earlier than advertised as per our request. We felt taken care of and the support was prompt. The rooms are spacious, and the bedding, bathroom all were clean. The TV had already some Netflex setup in it. The kitchen had all you need to make a nice meal. Everything was exactly as described. The location is superb and the view was spectacular.

The bad thing about this property is. They let you check in only at 3pm. If you arrive early they dont even let you in the premises, no lobby, no front desk. Cant even leave your luggage to come back later to check in. It was a big hassle as our flight arrived early and we had to sit at a restaurant for 3 hours with our luggage and 2 small kids.

Would be good to have filtered water provided as tap water isn't safe. As well as tea and coffee (just sachets or the jar) as a basic standard. This is usually provided in other air bnb I have stayed in.

The view was phenomenal with the twin towers just a few hundred metres away. The best view so far out of the many other places I've stayed. The facilities were good, clean and had the required amenities. Good size rooms with an ensuite in each one was a bonus. Loved how each room and living room had close views of the twin towers too! Located near alot of restaurants.
