The staff were a couple of auntie and uncle. They had their work ethic, can be a little straight forward and rude, but they really keep place clean and keep the security tight.

Not the accommodations fault but there was hardly anyone else staying there so it felt a bit strange. Definitely not a social hostel.

The place was very clean and tidy. The room was quiet and the bathrooms good. The lady at the desk was nice.

You have to leave your luggage outside of the capsule and in the lobby/open area. A couple own the hostel and the guy who checked me in was never really happy, never saw a smile on his face. When he checked me in he was showing me the facilities and when he showed me my capsule he like sat in it and showing me the light/ac feature.. Could he have not shown me from outside? Poor hygiene to say the least. On both mornings I was there I found him snoring on the lounger! The woman was more friendly at least. Staying there felt like you were kind of always being watched and you didn’t want to do anything to upset the owners 😶

Capsule was great, very spacious and was well air conditioned. The share space was great too, not that the area was really touristy as it was a place to stay for a night maybe before heading off to Singapore you’d think. Bathroom/shower weren’t bad either.

The capsules are all located within a large, cold room, which maintains a consistently cool temperature. Each capsule has a small fan that controls the flow of cold air into the capsule, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your liking via a convenient knob. • Cleanliness: The capsules themselves were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed. Towels and bed linen were provided, and I appreciated that they were freshly changed for each customer. It was clear that the hostel prioritized cleanliness and comfort. • Security: Security was also top-notch, with a single access card providing secure access to the main entrance, my labelled locker, and my labelled capsule. It was convenient and reassuring to have everything linked to one card. While the capsules aren’t soundproof, complimentary earplugs help mitigate this issue. Families with young children and guests with mobility challenges may find the design less suitable due to the need for silence and climbing into upper capsules. With efficient check-in/out processes and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, this hostel is highly recommended for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and an innovative experience.

A little stuffy staying in the cubicle. Perhaps air ventilation can be improved. The toilet is too dark.

The lower capsule bed that we occupied was extremely creaky and made a lot of noise whenever we shifted the slightest.

Staff consist of an aged couple - might seem aloof but they are very helpful and kind to provide assistance when approached. They explained the rules of the accommodation clearly and gave a detailed tour of the facilities. Toilet is gender separated but shared dormitory is not; however the capsule beds are locked and can only be accessed by tapping your personal key card so it's very private and safe. The capsule bed had cool lighting and enough space to put your belongings should you not wish to place them in the lockers outside. Location was good as well, many restaurants and shops around.

1. The uncle at the reception. - Very rude. The way he talked to us was different with other customer. He can speak politely to other customer. During orientation, he stepped & go into our capsule, which is for me he not suppose to step on our bed. It's about hygiene. I don't like it. I stayed at few capsules hotel before, no one will do like that. Actually, they can put some label on each switch in the capsule/explain in a video/pictures. 2. The lamp at the corridor/locker area too dim. I can't see my things in the luggage properly. So I brought my luggage infront of my capsule for awhile to take out my things. The uncle followed me until to the room, speaking rudely/raise his voice to me even after I explained to him I just want to take my things out and will put back my luggage in the locker. He afraid my luggage wheels will cause the linen dirty. I am very particular about cleanliness.. So, I am not that stupid tu put the wheel down on my bedsheet. It really make me & my friend feel uncomfortable++ & not happy. 3. The aircond in the capsule - Not cool enough. Not sure if it is functioning. Like it have own time changing its temperature.

The bed doesn't have any electrical sockets, only 2 USB A ports. I couldn't charge my phone by the bed because I only had USB C to USB C cables. I charged my devices at the common area due to this.

The door to the bed can only be unlocked by the card key, so you'll feel safer than other capsule hotels.

A bit far from central, not easy with public transportation, need to pay a lot for grab taxi

The place is spotlessly clean and offers a cozy spot to relax and unwind. They provide cold water and laundry services, which are essential for me.

Environment is kept clean and tidy. Washroom is clean and comes with basic shampoo. The capsule is comfortable and feels great for solo travel. The pantry is well equipped as well.

In the heart of Mount Austin alongside everything you need. Good price, good privacy, and good facilities. Perfect for low cost accommodation to just crash for one night. Pods comfortable sleep two. Would recommend.
