The walls between rooms are very thin, we can hear people in the next room talking. This place is also very secluded, the property owner should have services continuing for dinner as well.. we were told they close at about 6pm and orders should be made by 5.30, thats a little too early for dinner for some people..

Beautiful location with scenery overlooking hills. Cool weather. Did not have much bug issues although we were in the middle of the jungle

At first there seemed to be no hot water in the bathroom. However, when I asked about it, the staff changed the gas bottle downstairs and then the water was hot. Similarly the remote control for the fan didn't work, but just needed the batteries to be changed. The hotel food was a little expensive - but the staff advised that we could order Grab food, which we did. It took a while to come, as the place is remote, but it was worth the wait.

We loved the setting and the beauty of the surroundings. We loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The bed was comfortable and facilities were good. We really enjoyed being surrounded by nature. We also had fun playing pool, table tennis and giant chess!

Perhaps a fridge in the room would be great. Theres no AC but the tell ceiling height makes the entire building naturally cool so really enjoyed it. Though a cold bottle of beer wouldnt be posible without a mini fridge in our room, such a shame. But otherwise all is good.

The breakfast was so good. The portion was just nice for me and although i would prefer the coffee to not have been sachet of instant coffee, the view and serendipity while we were enjoying our breakfast makes up for it :))

The billiards, ping pong, and other board games are very dirty and broken. Need some maintenance attention for few things

The private garden, ponds, beautiful plants and trees are really nice to walk through. The rooms also nice and suitable for relaxation vacation.

There were not enough space for car park for a group of 10 cars + other occupants's cars. So we had to squeez park at the grass area by the side of the building . Managed that cos we had good experienced drivers😁

Lovely place and surroundings. Comfortable. Big Breakfast was good which is a must bcos there is no restaurants nearby at walking distance. Everything else was good.

It’s old and requires updates. The game room is very old and rusty. The breakfast need to be improved to match the fee that was charged.

Since you're up in the mountains, therefore your phone line is more or less not reachable. Therefore, the property WIFI should be good. But it is not, often gets disconnected and the coverage isnt the best. There is no lift, so it will be a struggle for seniors and disabled folks. Then the breakfast, this is a deal breaker for me. There isnt a buffet nor a choice for you to make. It is already prepared for you and we have a simple croissant with chicken patty. This is something the property should really look into to make it a great experience. Finally, the carpark is extremely limited.

Nice spacious room. Being up in the hill means its quiet and secluded from the bustling city. Perfect for a staycation and the need to unwind from the city.

Breakfast could be better….need better ingredients & quality. Use less disposable plastic - offer reusable water jugs or filters instead of plastic water bottles. No meals offered for dinner. Need to drive out - nearest dining spot is 10 mins away near the main road.

Friendly staff, great space, value for money. Comfortable for a group of 3. A lovely short weekend getaway in Janda Baik.

The room was excellent super large great views , tea coffee water excellent, the TV satélite did not work , eventually a member of staff fixed but we only got 1 channel , should invest in WiFi TV be much better Nice friendly staff although everything very laid back Breakfast was adequate but could and should have been better Overall a great place to relax with nature

Our bathtub water blocker was broken and There are no lifts. But that was just a minor issue. The place has only two floors. However the staff was very prompt to attend to any kind of request.

Peace and tranquility, staff attitude and friendliness and privacy. It's a private place with no access to public which makes it even more peaceful.

Parking area a bit congested but manageable.

Hilly road but me & my family like it very much. Location was superb, staff was very friendly & helpful. I’m staying at 2nd floor. Room was nice & when u open the window, the wind flow was really superb.
