The pillow was not the most comfortable to sleep with and as it in front of the mosque, the loud noise came from it quite often for someone not use to it. It has swimming pool although we never see anyone using it, would be better if it has gym instead.

The location was good, close to almost everything. Food/Breakfast was excellent, it offered the legendary local nasi dagang and plenty other options to choose from. The staff are very friendly.

In room facilities. The bed i think its time to change when we can feel the spring started given our body aches. 😁 Light little bit deem. Aircond indicator can't see clearly due to old items.

Within walking distance to Masjid Sultan Zainal Abidin and bus terminal Close to eatery restaurant. Have an ample open space parking Good breakfast. Knowledgable staff and helpful. Lobby smell good.

Some facilities seemed a bit outdated, like the iron, tv and pool. But still usable.

Strategic location, near Mayang mall, the bus station, masjid and airport. Breakfast was nice and has a lot of options. The staffs are very nice and helpful.

The floor in the bathroom a bit slippery. Should have a separator between the two areas in the bathroom, so that the water would not flow to the other side.

The breakfast was good. We get to savor Terengganu's specialties every day. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The location is also good and near to Pasar Payang - a must go place if you are in Kuala Terengganu. Parking is also available and easy to get a space for your vehicle. A bonus is that it is owned/managed by Perbadanan Waqaf Nasional Berhad. There are two hotels available. The other one is in Melaka. Would try that the next time we go to Melaka.

Rooms facing the city side tend to heat up in the afternoon sun, with the air-conditioning needing a bit of time to cool the space to a comfortable temperature.

:The hotel delivers well on basics: water pressure is strong, with both hot and cold options functioning smoothly. The bed strikes a pleasant balance — neither too firm nor too soft, ensuring a restful sleep. Breakfast is a highlight, with the nasi dagang standing out. The fragrant rice pairs beautifully with a rich, flavorful fish gravy. However, the air-conditioned setting, while comfortable, does slightly harden the rice, a minor flaw in an otherwise satisfying meal. Safe ample parking is provided.

The location is right in the middle of Kuala Terengganu town. The breakfast selection was superb. Their staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The facilities and furniture were old and repainted to look new. The breakfast spread was limited.

Location is good because it's near the State Mosque and Pasar Payang. The hotel is also easily accessible via the state road and LPT Highway. It also accepts last minute booking. The guest car park is ample and conveniently located near the hotel.
