We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

We stayed here for a night before heading to Mount Kinabalu the next day. ✅ Comfortable, 4-star-quality room with excellent amenities and well-maintained conditions. ✅ The hotel lobby is on the rooftop of Inanam Mall, offering a nice view. ✅ Convenient location with plenty of eateries nearby, plus easy access to food, toiletries, and other essentials thanks to the attached mall. ✅ Plenty of parking options, both on the rooftop and other levels. ✖️The check-in process could use some improvement. Although check-in starts at 2pm, we had to wait until almost 3pm to get our room

United KingdomIt’s a non smoking hotel but we could smell smoking in the corridor.
The room was big and really comfortable. Shower and bathroom facilities were perfect. It’s on top of a mini shopping mall. Has a gym which was adequately equipped for a short stay. Checkout is 12 so we got the opportunity to use the gym and facilities. And they held on to our bags for a few hours after check out while we got some food. There is a kfc and dominoes a stones throw away and a little shopping district there which has better options than the mall tbf.

The neighbourhood itself is nothing special but we had some authentic Chinese food in the area. Also there was a market which was interesting. It was definitly not such a touristic area but more local.

AustraliaNot close to anything, very local. Many Chinese tour groups stayed and the breakfast catered to their needs. No hot water in shower reported 4 separate occasions nothing done. Fridge didn’t work reported a number of times, finally fixed however the mould was not cleaned out of the fridge.
It was relatively clean. Easy to find. Staff helped when they could. Cost about $7 AUD into KK town.

I was left stranded in the night when I arrived because the driver I took couldn't find the location and all efforts to contact the hotel proved futile. I had to sleep at the airport. I don't think it was fair to bill me considering the distress I faced. I won't recommend this hotel to any traveller
