NetherlandsThe main reception area where the function rooms are extremely noisy. Thankfully the rooms are far away.
The standard room offers serenity and privacy. Big and clean room, comfortable extra large King bed with its private patio with outdoor furniture to catch the sunset. A nice touch to have a day bed in the room for lounging. As we have the upstairs room we got super high ceiling with fan in addition to air conditioner. The breakfast spread was an extensive mix of East and West. Staff is friendly and efficient. A bonus there were no insects in the room.

The staff were really lovely and helpful. The location is absolutely brilliant and the rooms were tidy.

OmanAfter 7 pm, buggies are rare — we waited nearly 30 minutes after the beach with kids and had to walk to our villa by ourselves. Comfortable, but a bit old.
Great location, enjoyable beach activities, and beautiful villa views. They also offered us a late checkout at 3 pm.

BangladeshWe’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times before and have always had a good experience, which is why we were so surprised and disappointed this time. As soon as we entered the room, there was an awful smell that made it really unpleasant to stay in. Even worse, there were ants everywhere, and it was clear the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. This is not the standard we’re used to from this hotel, and it was quite a letdown. We hope this was just a one-off issue and that the management takes note, as cleanliness and basic hygiene should never be compromised—especially for returning guests. For reference and record purposes , villa no 513 than changed to 610.

MalaysiaIn villa dining took 2+ hours so we had to dine out. The mini fridge was faulty so maintenance had to replaced. The check-in had long queue since it was a make shift site due to renovation.
The villa was in excellent condition. The buggy transport was superb and on time. The fire display was good 15 min. Kids love it.
