Malaysia1- water heater not functioning at all esp for the jakuzi. 2- air conditioning not functioning well. 16dc just like 24dc 3- pay for extra blanket (rm10) but not worth it. Blanket very small size. Better bring on our own. 4- got few rubbish in the wardrobe

MalaysiaThis is my honest review : - My husband kena gigit dengan pepijat dekat katil hotel - Facilities semua mcm hotel kena tinggal sangat lusuh - Kedai/mart dekat bawah semua sendu macam baik tak payah jual apa2 sbb tak ada benda pun - Suasana hotel tu malam memang macam ghost town, suram dan tak rasa mcm duduk hotel. Rasa macam duduk asrama berhantu. Anak i masuk je toilet hotel tu terus nangis sampai all the time kena bukak surah yassin - Pantai dia pun seems bahaya SANGAT, not encourage to mandi manda.
-Location is just fine ( 1 hour only from KL ) -Water theme park also at the moderate level only, because the water seems dirty and not encourage for toddler or baby to go in. -Owner is friendly and very polite. Thanks a lot for your service <3 - Banyak kedai makan nearby

MalaysiaOn booking dot com they showed a small bathtub which was missing, access to the door was not working, and struggle multiple times to open the room at 10PM we were not able to get in as the PIN for the door was not working. only on-call support is available as there is no support team on the ground it took +30 minutes to open the door, and it a quite risky, if you need help and no one is around. Lift is dirty and old and lobby also not clean and very old.
There is a good-sized water park with 35rm adults which is good, there is rope flying and can walk over a rope between the trees.

Malaysia1. The room doesn't provide WiFi which is a basic thing 2. Bathroom door knobs were damaged,not functioning. So the use of the bathroom was uncomfortable as we had to be cautious. 3. AC in the living room/family hall was not functioning. We had to leave the bedroom doors open so we could have the breeze of AC from the bedrooms. The AC was not functioning at all. 4. The hallway to the unit was scary and gloomy w/out lights. 5. Iron was bad quality. The iron board was not convenient and badly maintained. 6. Furniture was oddly arranged and the lights in the living room were strange. 7. The elevator button was damaged completely. So if you want to go down,you have to press up, enter and go up first then only it'll take you down. Badly maintained.
The host was courteous enough to let us check in earlier. I checked out at 9am the next day.

MalaysiaThere wasn’t anything major, but a few minor things could be improved example like the jacuzzi doesn’t even work. Expected something else but not the same. Timing for check in it’s out, I,ve waited for so long and keep trying to call the owner for quit long.
